La ubicación es excelente, el hotel está prácticamente en la plaza mayor. Las habitaciones son cómodas y grandes. Los servicios ofrecidos están a la altura de esta cadena hotelera, al igual que el precio. El edificio es un palacio renacentista del siglo XVI rehabilitado, que convierte la estancia en una experiencia única. El buffet del desayuno era bastante bueno y la amabilidad del personal dentro de lo correcto.

El parking está en un solar sin asfaltar y a la intemperie, en la ladera del castillo, y el acceso al mismo conlleva cruzar medio casco histórico. Es mucho más recomendable, si se tiene oportunidad, aparcar en alguna calle adyacente. Una de las ventanas de la habitación no cerraba del todo y dejaba pasar algo de ruido y corriente. El sistema de climatización era algo ruidoso.

The bed was comfortable and the downtown location was great, it's right in front of Plaza Mayor

Accessibility with a large car or SUV is difficult as the hotel is situated in the heart of the old town (medieval), so just dropping off your bags and checking in needs a bit of work. We parked for the nights in a private underground car park that cost €9 for 24 hours and about 5 minutes walk (uphill) , with temperatures of 38 degrees Celsius 🔥, I had a good sweat worked up by the time I got back to the hotel 😂. The rooms on the second floor means you need to take 2 elevators.

Desk service was exceptional.

Excellent location and breakfast and also the bed’s size and confort were excellent as well.

The small space around the pool made a litlle uncorfotable the bath.

It was perfect

Lovely historic hotel in a great central location. Very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Staff member assisted us with the parking. Spacious bedrooms. If you are in the town on a Thursday, there is a very good market less than ten minutes away. Ask at reception for directions. Great local pub at the top of the market which is worth a visit.

16th century palace, so great ancient vibe. we had a modern room next to the swimming pool. breakfast was excellent.

Great location, amazing old building.

Large room with very comfortable bed. great location with a lovely view over the Plaza Mayor. Breakfast was nice, with a good choice. Easy walk down to the square and village from the hotel. The staff were very helpful, and assisted with parking the car, which was in a car park above the hotel.

The decor was a bit dark and sombre and we felt that it could do with brightening up.

No wifi at all for IOS (Apple), but working properly for android???. A little bit complicated the parking access. No restaurant, and the breakfast is very poor for a 4 star hotel. It was an old palace full of stairs up and down to get the room.
