C’est un magnifique hôtel, offrant tout les services. Le personnel est aux petits soins de chaque client. Nous étions en demi pension, le petit déjeuner extraordinaire, le dîner servis à table digne d’un grand restaurant.
L’hôtel est calme pas d’animation à la piscine idéal pour se reposer.
Une piscine dans laquelle on peut ses longueurs ou se prélasser sur les transats. Les jardins sont très beaux et bien entretenus. Il y a aussi un SPA, la salle de sport, et terrains de paddle.
Il y a un parking public à proximité mais on trouve facilement à se stationner à proximité. Le centre ville est à 2 pas.
Nous avions une voiture de location et avons fait le tour de l’île avec sa végétation et ses paysages à couper le souffle sans oublier l’ascension du mont Teide, qui ne faut pas manquer.

Der Innenhof und die Lobby bieten gute Möglichkeiten zum Verweilen. Einige sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter am Empfang, Gepäck Service, teilweise im Restaurant.
Sehr viele unfreundliche Mitarbeiter (hauptsächlich im Restaurantbereich), durchgelegene Matratzen, die unzumutbar sind, völlig unzeitgemäßes Badezimmer mit viel zu wenig Platz aus dem letzten Jahrhundert, überteuertes Essen für nicht so gute Qualität.

Location, facilities, gym, the lovely staff at the swimming pool, great place to chill !
Twice in two days someone entered my room without my consent. When I told the receptionist, he wasn't too bothered about it and told me it was kind of normal because it was the technical staff before slightly apologizing about it. Definitely not what you expect from 5 stars hotel policies.

Nice pool area, very good facilities all around the hotel. Very nice staff , always helpful.
The room was with two small beds, we would have preferred a single large bed.

Nice hotel, staff. Clean everywhere. Great spa and fitness gym. Great location next to an awwsome park and to a small hospital in case of need. My wife had some stomach issues and the staff were very helpful and kind. Staff made everything worth it.
The food at breakfast was pretty bad quality. Lots of variety, and they paid attention to various intolerance issues (gluten, lactoze etc.), but the ingredients were not good or were old, some smelled weird - maybe not properly stored or handled. A 3-star food quality at a 5-star hotel.

I was travelling with my daughter who had suffered an injury in Tenerife. The hotel was exceptional and the staff went out of their way to assist us, making this an enjoyable stay, despite of the circumstances.

Pool area, spa. Relaxing on the balcony after a day out. Tea and coffee in the room. Large bed, beautiful comfortable room. Any requests were quickly answered. Quiet air conditioning. Beach towels provided on request

The standard hotel amenities and service are great. This hotel stands out due to some of the extras, like the amazing gym, the turtle sanctuary, the relaxed areas for drinks and friendly staff who go above and beyond.
I am struggling for things….. the rowing machine in the gym needed a service

Beautifully presented hotel, great location for town, and exploring the North of the Island.
We had some issues with noise, so Annabelle from the customer service team moved us to great rooms without having to be asked…great service.
Fantastic breakfast and worth the money.
Paying extra for the parking and spa. The swimming pool closed at 7pm, for a local swimming club to use.

Everything was great. The only complain is that the Cafeteria and pool opens at 10am, which I find I bit late.

I didn't use the pool, but I used the gym and it was super good, I did like the garden and the Bar outside, the staff was friendly and had patient with us. The food was also good.

Really liked the hotel, I wish I stayed a bit longer. Nice spa, loved the Papa Negra restaurant and the cocktails at the Iballa. Big hotel maybe sometimes not obvious where you need to go until you learn. Good breakfast.

Breakfast variety and quality were excellent. Dinner included with half board is a three course meal with wonderful variety and knowledgeable service. Highly recommend.
Hallway carpeting is stained and was in need of vacuuming during our 4-day stay. Stood out from rest of the otherwise well maintained property.

the hotel is from the 90’s so rooms and facilities are a bit old fashioned. the swimming pool os great. breakfast is ok. rooms are big and comfortable. most of the staff are nice (some less). we were there for the carnaval and it was walkign distance to all the events but far enough to be quiet.
bit old hotel. some of the staff were not attentive as u expect from 5 starts hotel. they dont helf with other activities (tours, car rental etc) which is not common to this kind of hotel.

Building and common areas are amazing
Room was rather basic and a bit run down for a 5 star hotel.
Surprised that the communal wellness areas like sauna, steam, etc came as an extra of 20 per person! Most other 5 star hotels include this in the fee
