Very comfortable beds with the softest mattresses, beautiful views, the staff were very nice and helpful.
The owner downgraded us on arrival from a room with two beds, which we had booked, to a room with one bed. We had to have a somewhat heated argument and then involve Booking before we got the room we booked. Not very pleasant to have to fight to get what you already paid a very high price for. Then there was no kettle in the room, so we had to use the cooker to heat water for tea, but it took a whole 30 minutes to heat a cup of water as the cooker rings heat up only very very slowly. Luckily we were not planning to cook, as this would have been impossible despite the availability of a full set of pots and pans. Another issue was the complete lack of hot water early in the morning and late at night. Since we had had such a bad check-in experience we didn’t bother complaining about the hot water or cooker issues, however we would not stay here again or recommend for anyone else to stay. It’s a pity, because the location is spectacular and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was amazing. Homecooked pies, lots of goodies. The location is magnificent. It's built up on the hill, overlooking the Kastro and the vast sea. I'm coming back!
I didn't like that I don't live there. It's a beautiful place, the owner, Yiorgos, his wife, family, and stuff, were all wonderful!

The apartment was spacious and the lady managing breakfasts was very kind
The pool was extra agréable as well!
The shower facilities were really not satisfactory It would deserve some upgrading
I found the price a little overrated overall but in Sifnos accommodation in summer time is more expensive than in other islands

Margarita was a great host and accomodated us quickly in a new room when our first room had a broken toilet.
Room 11 was great, wonderful view.
Quiet pool and restaurant area.
Nice food prepared by lovely people.
Very relaxing and quiet place, just 10min away by car or scooter from Apolonia.
Wifi was a bit weak.
Sewage system was sometimes a smelly (but it's quite common in the Greek islands).

For me everything was perfect: nice and smart architecture of the complex, the room spacious with good airconditioning, the generous pool only a few footsteps away from our porch, nice big trees offer shade, the bar was open from early to late, spectacular views. Very friendly staff and owner. This place had a super athmosphere. Great location too.
If I have to find something I would get rid of the childrens playground which is a bit dated

The hosts are quite friendly. Had an spontaneous invitation from them on the first night to taste their local foods and drinks. ;) lovely place. Easy to walk by feed to appolonia for night dinner. Peaceful place.

Except the location and the view all other are very poor. Rooms are old and run down , small toilet without a shower curtain, breakfast very minimal and all that for a “supposed” four star hotel that you pay 210 euros per night!!!! Definitely DO NOT recommend this hotel and especially room 2.

The studios are small and have a tiny bathroom.
The Wifi quality is poor, with an extremely slow speed.
Noise from the restaurant can be heard in Studio No. 11 above.

The property is in a good spot, close to Apollonia with great views. The windmill is a nice experience especially if you have kids.
Disappointing value for money. The windmill is relatively tired, there was a smell of damp and from sewage throughout the property. Definitely needs freshening up and address issues with smell.

The room was small for 3 persons and pretty overall pretty basic. The wifi was terrible in the room.
