I dont know if the staff were new, but we didn't get the service we expected. They helped us get a motorbike but didn't tell us which one it was. The fuel was almost empty and a mirror was missing. We also ordered food to the room which took a long time, the taste was lacking, portions small, and the satay was undercooked. We got a refund, but we were overall not impressed with the food and service

the properly is clean, has great facilities amazing pools ocean view (I would the day the super tiny beach is not viable though), fairly equipped gym

I found it extremely uncomfortable that people were smoking in the dining area. I understand it’s an outdoor place, but eating while people are smoking around you is very unsettling for non smokers, you should really make it a free smoke area. customers can just stand up and walk 20 stops out of the area without annoying other customers. the food was really delicious, unfortunately for two nights in a row I asked to have bigger sizing (I said I could pay the difference) but that never happened.

Nice quiet resort, 2 pools, good restaurant overlooking pool and ocean views. Easy access to Dolphin watching tours. Great buffet breakfast with wide variety of foods. No children under the age of 12.

Superior Rooms

The staff was very rude. They have confirmed superior room with bathtub, but when I reached, they told that superior room doesn't have bathtub. Also, AC was not working properly. They offered to upgrade the room but all the rooms which they showed were very smelly and small. When I told them that I am not satisfied then they asked me to get a refund and find another hotel in the night. They compensated with complementary breakfast but they were so rude like that they are giving huge favor to me because of which I didn't take their breakfast too. Also, the vegetarian options are very limited and not good. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

At the back of the complex, there a pool, restaurant and days beds looking out to the sea, which was just stunning and beautiful!!

The wifi could be better, but the staff were so helpful and in trying to help me!

Stayed only one night so didn’t see much there, reception area is nice but rooms need renovation a bit and there was cockroach in our bathroom.. :(

Despite the gorgeous look of the hotel, the quality of the rooms was unacceptable. It requires renovation. For example, in our bathroom, we had a huge hole under the sink. The furniture was old and some lamps didn't work.

very nice, large rooms and bathrooms. great pool area and restaurant right on the beach. can book dolphin tour boats right outside the hotel. breakfast was nice (not included).

my wifi wasn’t working the first night, but they let me change rooms and then it was fine. the beef burger was absolutely disgusting. rotten, smelly, raw meat patty. they didn’t charge me for it. air con stopped working a few times. not many restaurants close by.

Good location with nice beach and pool

Hotel room was not very nice designed or anywhere pretty. But i guess thats not its purpose as long as people can sleep in it. Missing a fan also.

The lobby was really lovely and the swimming pool, the room was very clean.

The room was really basic and needs a facelift badly with more decoration. The restaurant for me was the down fall. No veggie options or alternative milks for breckfast. All I could have was dry cornflakes. If they redecorated the rooms and upgraded the restaurant menu the place would be more appealing.

the room was dirty, we asked to change the room, they have made 2h30 to change it, after 2 return on the reception, be careful the reception do not know nothing about the restaurant even the closing hours. They told us that we can ordered food during the closing hours. After losing 2h30 to change the room. we almost not have a dinner. Hopefully the restaurant make an effort and prepare sandwiches. Thanks to them

The room was in a perfect spot; close to all resort amenities. Very comfortable bed and gorgeous villa.
