Amazing location, staff were so helpful and lovely. Sometimes they had little free donuts in reception which was a lovely touch. They offer a coffee machine and microwave there too. There was facilities to wash your clothes.

The rooms are small, which is to be expected in a city like Tokyo.

Excellent location, in a very vibey area and a block away from a great subway station. Within walking distance of the Imperial Palace. Much to do in and around the area. Great coffee/tea station as you enter with complimentary doughnuts on offer in the early evening. Staff super helpful. An added bonus, a washer/dryer. Bed - super comfortable.

Le côté désuet des chambres, la salle de bain et particulièrement la douche qui date de mathusalems. Les tâches douteuses. Les araignées géantes la nuit et la mauvaise isolation des fenêtres rendant la nuit assez inconfortable.

Posizione ottima, vicinissima alla metro ed in una zona molto viva e piena di ristorante e svago. L'hotel si appoggia ad un bar al piano terra per le colazioni molto apprezzato dai local. Struttura pulita e personale gentile. Come chicca finale: la sera vicino alla reception lasciano a disposizione dei dolcetti per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Ottimo cappuccino!

Non aspettatevi colazione dolce o continentale. Si hanno poche opzioni comprese nel budget, ma comunque buone.

Hotel in ottima posizione e col personale che parla inglese. Camera pulita e con un bell'arredamento, compresa di: 3 cuscini a testa, con diversi spessori e durezza, spazzolini e dentifricio, tutti I prodotti per l'igiene personale (shampoo, balsamo, bagnoschiuma, sapone per le mani), water tecnologico con bidet incorporato, pantofole, vestaglia, asciugamani sempre puliti ogni giorno, deodorante per la stanza, prese per ricaricare i dispositivi elettronici sia tramite USB sia con presa elettrica giapponese. Doccia in cui non si scivola, con acqua che arriva con una pressione piacevole e alla temperatura desiderata. Hotel in generale pulito e silenzioso. Inoltre, è circondato da ristorantini in cui si mangia bene e da piccoli supermercati in cui si possono comprare cose. La colazione è servita in un bar di fianco all'hotel. Le opzioni per la colazione incluse nel prezzo sono tutte salate, ma sono buone e mantengono sazi per tutta la mattina. Di solito consistono in: insalatina, bevanda a scelta (te caldo o freddo, caffè caldo o freddo, caffè latte caldo o freddo, succo di frutta, ecc.) e piatto principale a scelta. I piatti principali sono: 1) riso con salmone grigliato, uovo strapazzato e ketchup + zuppa di miso; 2) riso con salsa al curry, verdure e carne; 3) sandwich con prosciutto cotto, maionese, pomodoro e insalata + uovo sodo freddo. So che a un italiano possono sembrare sgradevoli da mangiare a colazione, ma consiglio di provarle.

La circolazione dell'aria sarebbe da migliorare. La finestra praticamente non si apre e non sembra ci sia un aspiratore d'aria nel bagno (senza finestra). Tendeva quindi a fare abbastanza caldo, purtroppo. (Era novembre, quindi niente aria condizionata)

The beds are a disaster. The metal of the mattress can be felt really bad. It was painful to sleep.

The hotel is conveniently near the Akasaka-Mitsuke subway station, which makes it much easier to travel around Tokyo. The hotel is also situated along a small road that has restaurants and stores for a variety of food options, souvenir shopping, and the experience of Japanese culture.

Perfect location, close to the subway and quite centrally located to easily reach most tourist destinations. Clean and comfortable rooms, very nice staff.

Good location

Location is good, subway exit nearby. Many restaurants around and walking distance to Harry Porter museum. Room size is still okay for us with 3.

Near to train station and the Ginza line will connect you to many tourists frequented area e.g. shinjuku, shibuya, ginza, omote sando etc. Lots of food choices and convenient shops. The hotel provides free donuts from 8-10pm and 24 hour coffee at the front desk area, so that was awesome. Staff is helpful.

Hotel is old and room size 14m2 which is tiny for 2 persons. Once we opened our 2 luggages, there is no space to walk. However, for the price we paid, we compromised as the location is convenient. It is just a place to shower n sleep.

The space is a standard business hotel and delivers exactly as you expect. A solid no-nonsense stay. Close to subway stations and lots of food options.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Only 12min from central Station and 3 walking minutes from the metro. The rooms are small but you got all you need. Breakfast is in the cafe next door. They habe 5 different options so you can rotate and its ok. Sometimes you can get donuts in the evening for free, which was really nice

There were some stains on the floor and the bed was a little bit hard.
