The location is fantastic.The room was so quiet.Everything you need is available.The hairdryer unfortunately didn’t work. I would definitely return.

No staff around help so you help yourself. After you check in no matter how long you're there for no cleaning arrangement for you room incase you need to clean. The cleaner only come to hover the passage. No hover left or even brush to help yourself. If you're staying more than a day we're you expected to bring your vacuum cleaner, worse when you have kids Horribly I was hand picking dirt on the filthy looking carpet.

This property is in excellent location, very short walk to beach, town centre, and very short walk to the Castle family pub with amazing entertainment for all family. The apartment was clean, ready even before check in time. Towels ready for all of us and they were clean as well.

This property doesn’t have a car park but if you lucky in very close proximity are few 24 hours car parks.

1. was given wrong code to enter the property. 2. once we did get in, the room hadn't been cleaned, we had to go out again and at 86 and 71 all we wanted to do was rest. 3. no toaster or hotplates or hair dryer. Its supposed to be an appartment where you can self cater. 4. shower head wouldn't hold up. had to hand hold it 5. too many emails from booking,com and pillow partners. One demanding that they didn't have my bank details to access a £50 deposit saying if they did not get it they would not give the door code 6. didn't see the manager at all.

The location was good. The bed was comfy and linen clean.

The carpets were dirty and the apartment had a horrible smell! The shower head was broken. It had not been cleaned well at all. The fire doors were all broken or didn’t close or were stuck! I raised these issues whilst there but my messages were ignored! Booking.com said there was parking but I was then told there wasn’t. Their website said there was a bar on site but there isn’t!

Great location, nice to have privcy of own apartment was a lovely little flat clean and tidy. Welcome basket and mini shower gels a very cute touch. Staff helpful spoke via email/ phone

The sofa was uncomfortable to sit on luckily there was plenty of chairs not that we spent long in the apartment anyway no biggy also there wasn't a frying pan but again wasn't to fussed I just brought one from tesco.

Plenty of room , friendly staff also like the fact there was a fridge to keep our milk cold so we cold have a cuppa would definitely recommend and will stay there again when we visit Skegness in the future

The location near the beach we liked too much.

Carpet was sticky, no one checked the kitchen equipments before handing over the property, kitchen knives were missing, no air ventilation while cooking the food caused too much heat in the room, induction kitchen top not working but replaced by the property manager 😊, no carpets in bathroom. There should be some cleaning equipment too at the property so the customer can clean the room too. As children don't know how to keep the room clean.

Stair case was tiny and the doors on the 2nd floor were very small, struggled to get baggage up and down the stairs and through the doors. Beds wobbly and very creaky, no full length mirror, no cleaning was done in our room at all. No staff at front desk so couldn’t ask any questions, hot water didn’t work, cobwebs with dead spiders in the bathroom. Milk for tea and coffee had gone off.

The little welcome tray with snacks and bottles of water was a lovely touch.

Nothing to not like, extra towels would have been a bonus, what we had would have been perfect for a 1 night stay, but overall very happy with the stay.

Location for price is fantastic, couldn’t fault it at all. Little to no noise as was in a room facing away from the main road. Clean all round. Towels supplied and bed was comfortable. Access to all local amenities was superb as we are both non drivers. Restaurant and Bars all within a couple of minutes walk and the corner shop was literally on our door step. Booking through booking.com was a breeze and the hotel text us to check that everything was in order.

Little to no water pressure or hot water from any taps and shower. The chair lift to the first floor was in the way but appreciate that having no lift this facility accommodates for less able bodied people.

The view off the sea was excellent,easy to find the hotel & in an excellent spot for everything.Shop next door was handy too.

The stairs were difficult getting up & down,the sofa bed in room was very low & uncomfortable to sit on,not many windows opened in the apartment.
