The apartment is bright and airy, comfortable and well equipped. Information beforehand and during the visit was clear and comprehensive, a query about the pool was quickly answered. It is near the bus and tram stops with a variety of restaurants within walking distance. An ideal location for visiting the city. This was my second visit and I hope to return again in the future.

The location was great, the appartment was really nice, very clean and super comfy. Finding the parking was super easy, we rang the host and he was really helpfull, answered straight away and directed us to the parking which was really easy to access and park.

The wifi didnt work very well, we all ended ended up using our 5G as the interenet was so slow. We booked this place as the pool looked amazing but you can only book your slot 3 days before and in half an hour slots. We went on as soon as we could book and nearly our whole stay was block booked out aside from the one slot at around 9:30pm.

The host was very good; I was kept updated and where to get the keys which was very easy. The property was very clean and a good location to public transport.

The location was good but it was very close to an underpass/subway area which would have some loud groups at night. We had the window open and the noise nearly woke up my toddler. I would have liked maybe a safety gate by the stairs going up into the flat, it would be safer for young children. There also wasn't much hot water for me to give my toddler a bath. It did say to contact the owner but my stay was so short so I did not bother.

Location from station was short close to the centre.

Fridge wasn't working but didn't really need it.

Breakfast not included. Lidl and Co op shop literally 150 metres away

Not having a second bathroom, especially if everyone needs one badly, and someone os showering

There was only one washroom amongst 6 people. That’s a definite negative.

stairs, parking issues, washer, water issues. With three woman and one larger man traveling in my group the stairs nearly killed us. Also we had a lot of luggage, lugging the luggage up three flights of seep stairs was tough. Additionally the garage to park is up the street from the facility and the fob needed to open the garage door is on the key ring inside the hidden door to the flat. Needless to say, it took us quite a bit of time how everything was supposed to work. However all that was manageable, what really made things tough was the water valve being turned off. Bathrooms, dishes, laundry etc. all unable to function because work on the unit next door was done and the valve was not turned back on.

Host was very easy to deal with, check-in and contact throughout was very clear and helpful. Property is in a great location, very easy to get to using train, tram and bus. Lots of cafes, shops, bars and restaurants nearby and city centre within easy 10 minute reach via public transport. Swimming pool/ gym a great bonus.

Some parts of the flat look a little tired but nothing a fresh coat of paint wouldn't fix.

The location was fine and we found the property easily. It was very secure. Parking was in a secure garage. The apartment was lovely, everything we needed. Comfortable beds and lovely and warm, as it snowed whilst we were there. Instructions were left for using all of the appliances and the heating system. The hosts kept in touch before our stay and throughout. I felt so comfortable, I didn't want to leave. There is access to a pool onsite, we didn't have time to use it, so can't comment on it, other than to say it's there, as this isn't specified on booking. Travelling into the town was easy enough from our location by tram. All in all a lovely weekend and I wouldn't hesitate on booking the property again in the future.

Beautiful spacious flat. Very comfortable beds. Had everything anyone would ever need. Good location for Haymarket. Lots of lovely shops and restaurants near by.
