Breakfast very nice. But, sudenly is time to end, and staff dors no longer care for the clients.

The up grade was more an expensive down grade. Thé noise from the singer in the hall and patio was a nightmare. Kids could not sleep until 23:00-30. Extra beds are unsafe for kids, with their wooden tops! Pilows not confortable!

Check-in The reception staff, the check-in process (20 min for 2 room), out of 2 room, one smelled very bad (humidity and mold) they had a machine to treat the air inside, and we had to call 7 times to get someone to check the room (1h). They still told us it smell normal. Massage Out of 2 massages, one was poor quality. Breakfast There not enough space to accomodate all guest and we had to queue.. unacceptable for this type of property. We had a child and were REFUSED to have a table outside even though there were space. That was clearly based on our face because the second day I went alone to get a table and after pushing I could get it. The staff took order and never bring the food. 30min to get an omelette. When we went to pick up food for a second time the staff remove all our food on the table despite our belonging were still here. They did not care to replace the food. When I told the manager, she tried to do something but her action was not enough since the staff is poorly trained. So overall, with an extensive amount of stay in Thailand and on other good and cheaper hotel, i can say that you better book somewhere else and just come to visit the place and take a drink.

The room is spacious and well organized and equipped. Staff is tremendously helpful and supportive. Location is good, between Lumphini park and MBK/CentralWorld malls, and right near the train station, so you can really get along easily in this city (also, always a great amount of taxis waiting for your request).

The location of this hotel is great, its walking distance to the BTS rail system and to some large Malls for shopping, very convenient. The breakfast spread was amazing with so many options, and the staff is very welcoming and hospitable. Would stay again at this hotel.

This is slightly dated and some areas are starting to show their age, could use a refresh in some areas but otherwise very nice grand hotel.

The architecture and furnishing were so beautiful! Staff were absolutely delightful and always serving us with a smile! Thank you!

property has a good room size. amzing breakfast with many options. good location. i love the bellhop, they were super friendly and helful. they even tried to discuss destination, price with any taxi.

when we checked into the room, there was a musty smell in the room. we had to change the room to a higher room and pay 16,000 THB just to avoid this smell eventhough it is not our problem. third day at 12 midnight AC started to have a gas smell due to maintenance in the elevator. It was super dangerous as my wife has asthma, hotel manger was not helpful and rude he start shouting and saying this is not hotel fault. He even tried to take us to lower room. he asked us to collect all our luggages and move to the lower room at 1 midnight !!! this was unprofessional and not acceptable at all. after writing a bad review in google hotel started to apologize and thanks god they gave us 4 pieces of chocolat!!! room service was acceptable, to be fair sometimes they come super fast and sometimes we had to call two times. I will never recommend this hotel as i had a very bad experience.
