The neighborhood was quite and relaxing.. as I was there with family to have a leisure time perhaps I could have stayed somewhere else where there are more hang out places nearby. Otherwise for a less noisy and more conservative environment this is a good place.

The location for me was not great.

New modern hotel. Big room. Near metro and metro bus.

The curtains are small it will not cover whole window, less privacy I don't think all rooms have the same issue. Room is cold only heated by the A/C.

A very nice hotel, large rooms, clean and tastefully furnished. The Turkish bath was sensational, and the fact that the wet/dry sauna is free is a big plus.

Everything was perfect, every time I come back to Istanbul, I hope to find the free room at this hotel.

The property is located right on the main street, the rooms make you feel that you are in a nice and quiet environment. The breakfast was quite good. The best part of the property was ample parking space which is very difficult to get in such a central location.

There was one incident where the Manager was rude to us. My wife underwent a surgery and was resting at the hotel after she was discharged from the hospital. A friend had just landed at Istanbul and came to visit her straight from the airport. The luggage of my friend was kept at the reception and after some time, the Manager called us up and said that we can't keep the luggage at the reception and the guest needs to leave since they can only allow visitor for 15 minutes. Quite ridiculous behavior from the Manager which we have never seen in any hotels we have stayed till date. I hope the hotel takes note and ensures no other guests face such a situation.

Great Location. nice and clean rooms.

The hotel charged us for something we didn't purchase from the mini bar. When I informed the hotel staff about this, they asked us to wait until they check with the management. However, since we were already running late, I didn't want to wait. In the end, we paid for it, although it wasn't a large amount. It was still frustrating to pay for something we didn't buy.
