El check-out, regularmente las salidas de hoteles en distintos lugares que me he hospedado es al medio día (12), pero acá a las 11. Y me llamaron desde las 11 en punto para que no se me pasara la hora. Creo que se debe a que posiblemente tengan pocas camareras y no les da tiempo a tener la habitación lista para nuevos huéspedes a las 15 h. Que es el registro de ingreso. Ah dicho de paso salimos a las 11:15 horas.

No A/C, but we kept the balcony door open and it was fine at night. Also, the front desk said they could exchange money for us, but we asked twice and they couldn’t do it either time.

Service was excellent and the food 5 Stars.

The staff were phenomenal... everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. The view was beautiful, and the room very clean. The pool was wonderful too.

They were undergoing a remodel, so guests had to go roundabout ways to get to anything... obviously a temporary issue. They were kind enough to provide earplugs just in case, which I didn't even need. The curtains didn't do a very good job at blocking out the morning light. The room was clean and functional, but very basic... a clock and a mini-fridge would've been nice. It would be a 10/10 at a lower price point, but the value for the money wasn't there for me, personally.

The location was good. Easy quiet walk to main street area of the city. Pool looked nice but we did not get to use it.

They have a weird policy that they don't let outside visitors into the hotel after a certain time at night which made things difficult as we made plans with other friends in other nearby hotels but they would not be allowed even in public areas with us.

Had a great room with an incredible view of the volcanoes. We purchased the breakfast with our stay and that was delicious with quite a variety!!!

You have to reserve to use the jacuzzi, if there is a party that reserved and doesn’t show up they still will not allow you to use the jacuzzi until the next time slot.

The view looking out to Lake Atitlan was beautiful. Hotel was close to the ferry docks

Beautiful views to the Lake Atitlan, amazing breakfast. We were there for Children’s Week so thr hotel prepared great activities for the kids (outdoors’s cinema, piñata, etc. This is the second time I stayed there and recommend.
