Friendly staff, good beds.

I have a glutenallergy and although the staff provided seperately cooked vegetables for me for dinner (which was great and didn't make me sick) the breakfast buffet seemed not safe for me. I got cross-contaminated and was sick.

Newly refurbished rooms with everything needed for a comfortable stay.Enjoyed a Carvery meal and a cooked breakfast.Staff all pleasant and helpful.Plenty room in free car park- registration required.Bus stop at door with frequent buses to city centre.Close to Edinburgh Zoo and Murrayfield.

This venue was close to where I was needing to go which was why I booked it. There was a reasonable variety for breakfast. Very busy for evening meals.

The room was very tired looking. I had to walk through a very busy dining area to get to my room and as the room was on the ground floor I was unable to open the window through the night as there were no locks on the window.

Ideal location for our purpose. Benefit of free parking & WiFi. Adequate facilities on site. Sadly now looking a ' bit tired' & in need of some updating. FORTUNATELY ,they have a lot of great staff who compensate for the shortcomings.

The actual building is in need of some financial investment . It is ,at the moment quite dingy and has a noticeable aroma around the property & in our room. I did notice a 'works' notice outside the property ( couldn't read!) so hopefully these matters will be addressed soon. I hope the staff are retained & rewarded!

Good location. Nice area to walk around. Easy access by public transport to get into Edinburgh City Centre. Also easy access to Airport and motorway. Has on site parking.Has restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable Shower was good Staff were very helpful.

Entrance hall,stairs to Inn in need of redecorating,looks very dingy. Although breakfast was eat all you want hot food ,toast,tea,coffee there was very little other choice.Porridge or cereal was extra cost and had to be requested and there was nothing like yoghurt, croissant or fruit on offer.
