horrible service alert!
Though it looks good and relatively new the service was outstandingly bad up to the criminal point.
They threw away (or stole) my 600€ Armani coat and refuse to refund! 🤦♀️
I had noticed the staff was very neglectful during my stay. But I thought whatever it’s just for a couple of days.
Even though I was on WhatsApp with them - still just ZERO interest in hospitality. My requests were ignored etc
But After I left they haven’t informed me that they found ARMANI coat in the room with big letters and label - hard to ignore (though they took a photo and informed a management but not the client of course!)
They showed me the photo only after I requested it! And I specifically asked to keep it!! So I return for it! I came back within a week and they told me “oops we just threw that away!” I was speechless…
I got all the messaging with them and they promising to keep the coat!
And just like that they “threw away” my favorite expensive coat and I haven’t got ANY consolation!
I’ve been waiting for any consolation for a month already! Contacted booking and management - ZERO refund.
They keep giving me “please hold” replies.
So unless you wanna be robbed like that - dont book this one.
That they stole my belongings and refused to refund

The location is genuinely exceptional.
The room was beat up and poorly maintained. Marked up walls, fake leather on the bed frame peeling away, no adapaters or usb outlets, grandma's old hairdryer, mold on the shower curtain.
They're priced for the pandemic and coasting on their location with little thought for upkeep or modernization.
Besides solid price and a good location, keep your expectations low

This was a staycation for us, no breakfast included, but we did receive a sweet roll each, which was very nice. The location is excellent, very convenient
The online description claimed that the room would have a hair dryer, but I couldn't find one. However, this is a small thing.

The room was very big which I guess is rare in HK especially for this price! The view was beautiful. The bathroom was equipped. AC worked well. The bed was comfortable and very nice. The staff helped me get my bags into my room and answer any questions I had. Location was good and close to public transportation. I would definitely stay here again (if I could 100% determine that this was the room I got).
It was weird because when I first checked in they took me to this tiny, dingy, dark room on the first floor that only had a tiny little window. The paint was chipping off the walls. Also the "queen" sized bed was 2 small beds pushed together, so there was a crack in the middle. It wasn't pictured on booking to look like that. The room was nice, really, but I would not have booked a room that was that dark and depressing (no natural light got in). I called to ask about it and they said that room was the same that I booked. I further insisted that it was not the room I paid for and then they took me to the 25th floor to the room that was pictured on booking. It was just weird that they tried to put me in that other room first. It was very clearly not as nice as the other room.

Good location, near to restaurants and shops. The staff were also really helpful and amazing. The bed and the room were clean and the air conditioner was very powerful, sometimes we had to turn it off because it was so cold. Great view of Hong Kong.
The bathroom was horrible. The shower curtain was orange and the shower had lots of mould on the seals. It was bearable for the very few nights we stayed however I would not book again. There are other hotels in the area which are same price if not cheaper and are much cleaner, we actually moved to another hotel.

Good location. Decent price for what you get. Pillows were good quality.
Air con very loud with strong wind noise, not sure what was wrong with it, we have the same aircon at home and it doesn't do this. Staff were good.
Basic room with small window. Bed couldn't support 2 people for some reason.
