Very accommodating staff and team, rooms very comfortable and spacious. Dining room was fully booked but staff were able to find us a table outside to eat. Food was tasty with good size portions. Breakfast was excellent, with a big range of options.

Our original waitress lost our order, but another team member picked up on it after 45 minutes or so. Very kindly moved us inside to a nice warm table and the re-ordered food arrived shortly thereafter. Slightly confused as our waitress said that service charges did not go to the staff, which I had always assumed they did which is why I am happy to pay them

Wasn’t allowed to walk around to all premises, wanted to visit few pitches but was told as guest to keep to our side of the compound. Although staff members were really nice, helpful and prompt.

Room service took over 1.5hrs to come so I had to cancel the food as I was too tired.

Excellent choice at breakfast, quickly replenished. Staff very friendly and welcoming and helpful. Dinner, good choice of food and delicious. Room, very peaceful and relaxing.

The room was great, plenty of space and very quiet. Bar area was also great with a large screen to watch sports and ability to get food in the bar. Breakfast was really good, lots of variety and good quality. Facilities were good and swimming pool not too busy.

Went to the restaurant for dinner in the evening and had to complain about the temperature of the food and over cooked chicken. The food served did not live up to quality of the breakfast the next morning.

The bedrooms were excellent. Good size, Very comfortable King Size bed. Excellent bathroom with quality toiletries. The communal areas were interesting. The quality of food was excellent; breakfast and dinner

At this price point I would expect better quality coffee in the bedroom and a complimentary sweet snack and bottled water. The bar was poorly stocked. My first two choices from the drinks menu; a bottle of Peroni and a pint of Aspalls were not available

The staff was helpful and Andrei from Reception made our holiday pleasant.

Our room was dirty, we had to ask for clean towels after the check-in. The room didn’t had a minibar/refrigerator or the microwave how it was advertised and it looks dated and rusty. Please look at the photo with the ‘clean towels’ , shocking. You get only a session of 45 minutes of swimming, which is hilarious. Children can’t play in the pool, so no balls or other toys, because the other guests can get annoyed, which is obviously a joke because they have sessions for the adults only. It’s advertised as family friendly, not at all. The playroom was a joke, nothing to play with. The restaurant was very expensive for what they offer, but it was the only place that we kind of enjoyed. If your kids are football fans, there is just one Conti pitch (black) that can be booked, so you have to be lucky to actually get the chance to play on it. Such a huge disappointment, not to mention that wasn’t cheap at all.

Beautiful and clean Facilities were fantastic We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms. The grounds are beautiful and we were lucky enough to have sun so we enjoyed sitting out.

More seating outside would have been nice but I wouldn’t say it caused us to dislike the hotel. We had an amazing time.

Staff brilliant, food brilliant, had a good atmosphere, had a good night sleep.

Thought the prices in the bar were a little steep. There was no option for adults to buy from the memorabilia shop. Would of loved to buy a hoodie.

Room a little but smaller than expected

The hotel reception area was immaculate and the pool facilities were amazing. We had an enjoyable walk around the spectacular grounds.

I was shocked to find out that I had paid nearly twice the amount for two nights stay than some other families had paid.

breakfast had a good variety of choice and amount. all tidy and staff good. room comfortable nice bath room Dinner was very nice, staff were much better on the Wednesday night than Tuesday

Breakfast had to queue for toaster maybe should have 2?? swimming pool had to book for peak times seemed a little difficult on Tuesday but did accommodate us. Wednesday very negative and no chance, they suggested we come back at 7.00pm but as I said that is the time most people are having dinner so didn't bother.
