Мы не увидели недостатков. Возможно стоит учитывать что в отеле нет лифта, но нам это никак не помешало.

really welcoming staff, made me feel very at ease, lovely stylish and homely bedroom (room 8), as a woman travelling alone these touches were very much appreciated, very comfortable bed, quiet, best night's sleep I've had in ages! I enjoyed a light snack in the bar for supper, Most delicious breakfast of avocado, poached eggs and smoked salmon and great flat white to boot!

only minor area for improvement would be a bit more pressure in the shower would be amazing!

Poor breakfast with dirty plates and ambient. The room smell bad, the bathroom was disgusting and the bed was broken. The location is too far from center. Also the quality of service was poor. Any information that I ask seems like a problem.

Well located in a quiet area. Close to the tube station. Breakfast was good value for money.

The room got extremely hot from time to time. Another factor is there were limited European plug converters. Just something to note if you’re coming from Europe.

A nice place, with beautifully refurbished rooms mixing traditional architecture and modern furniture. Our room was vast and confortable. Nice breakfast with a continental and a cooked option in the lovely pub. Outside the city center but the Bakerloo line takes you straight to Picadilly without a change.

There is no double glazing, and the road in front of the hotel is very busy, so cars can be heard even at night;

The staff was super nice! Place was ‘ quant’. We didn’t want to check out!!

I thought no ac or lift would be a problem- they weren’t!! Can’t think of any thing bad.

Location, closed to bus stations and metro/tub. Also if you go from/ to Heathrow airport is great because is cheaper the car service (by app) than the train. Breakfast is really good and personal attention was so good.

Bathroom are small and not in a perfect condition, are old but ok

Breakfast was excellent,unfortunately my wife had to help our daughter with a trip to the hospital that ment she had to leave at 8 am missyher breakfast.

The main road was very noisy , the room could do with an upgrade /decorate , new bathroom/shower .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pub and hotel have a cozy feeling. The staff were helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable and clean, and a good size for our family of 4 and all our luggage. The location is fine, if you are ok with figuring out the tube and bus system. It's a bit outside the tourist district, but we didn't mind.

The room was lacking a few amenities. A table would have been wonderful. More hooks for hanging up wet jackets or towels. The bunk beds were creaky.

The location was perfect for us going into London and for Wembley. Great value for money.

The staff is SO friendly and helpfully! My room was very tastefully furnished as well the bathroom set up (with stylish white tiles on the walls and gray granite on the floor). The breakfast was delightful and so was lunch too. They have a waste selection, with also veggie alternatives. And the pub has an wonderful historical flair.

There‘s nothing to say, but please concern, the guest house has a lot of stairs, if you‘re handicaped. As of your luggage, don‘t worry, the staff is very helpfully with.

to say it’s on a main road and a bit out of central London, it’s surprisingly quiet and easy to get to the underground station. it’s also extremely quiet during the night. The family room was plenty big enough, however the bathroom was quite small for 4 people to use. The rooms are clean and warm even though our window was in desperate need of replacement. Breakfast is good and coffee is excellent. Not sure I agree with having to pay £12.50 for a full English but the complimentary options are more than adequate

the staff are a little bit ‘abrasive’. Not rude, just not particularly welcoming. When you are being served breakfast by someone in a thick duffle coat it kind of suggestions the heating needs turning up to make the guests more comfortable. Although clean, the rooms are very basic but for the price you can’t really expect anything too lavish
