The ambience, look and feel

The spa should be in house

easy check in & out. nice view. breakfast ok. room spacious and clean. second time stay here. will repeat again

the resort is dated so the room was as expected was dated. We had the bay view, which was lovely. continental breakfast was good standard. pool was lovely - infinity type with the bay view.

tiled flooring - col to walk on. resort was quite stingy with body wash etc. got one set and had to request extra daily. when asked, was given handwash liquid instead (although they are probably the same) room on the above the ground level - need to carry all luggages up the stairs - not a pleasant thing to do in 36 degree weather. Staff were so indifferent. Last but not least, staff took the numbers of our credit card, including the security number - not sure why. 2 weeks later, we found 3 x fraudulent airbnb charges on our cards.

The overall venue, staff and facilities were very good. The buffet breakfast had a lot of options which were tasty.

Unfortunately no swimming at the beach. There was no restaurants, bars, things to do near by. On the morning of checkout, we had an early flight. Breakfast was available from 7 - 10am. We went at 7 and were told the egg station was not available yet. We waited until 7.30 and still nothing. When we asked the staff, the lady was a little abrupt and said she would call someone.

Majoituimme veden päällä olevissa rakennuksissa. Alueella oli kuitenkin vettä vain nousuveden aikaan, ja suurimman osan ajasta alue oli kokonaan harmaata liejua, jossa mönki rapuja ja inhottavia kalaa muistuttavia eläimiä. Huone oli myöskin vanha ja kaipaisi remontointia. Ei vastannut neljän tähden hotellia.
