The room was nice but noisy. The AC made noise all night, and we could hear water running through the pipes every time someone in another room used the toilet. Additionally, the mattress was very uncomfortable.

Walking distance from town centre 1 staff member was amazing, young guy very helpful.

Had to change rooms due to a few things... key cards not working, 1 room electrics didn't work, air con blowing out mold smell shower dismantled off wall and we got bitten in multiple times.

Breakfast, bed and shower. Was able to check in early and stay later with my rewards programme

1 lift was out of order, the other lift the button for our floor was broken. Coffee in room was not enough.

Not a massive amount of breakfast but still ok.

The constant noise from the bathroom. Plumbing whistled the whole stay. Lock didn’t work on the door. Wasn’t pleased as was staying with my son. Loud guests outside our room late in the evening, had to ask them to be quiet then got verbally abused. Parking at a nearby supermarket for an extra cost and having to walk through under ground to the other side of a carriage way. Car is parked at your own risk as asda kindly told me. Considering they charge you to park the staff didn’t know where the hotel was even located.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We liked the room.

We had a disappointing experience with breakfast. We explained we were leaving very early in the morning and were offered a ‘grab and go’ breakfast. When we arrived at the lobby in the morning there was no record of our request, and no apology.

Es la segunda vez que elegimos este hotel. Relación calidad precio inmejorable. A dos pasos del centro, modificación muy amplia, la cama y las almohadas comodísimas. El baño muy limpio y el desayuno muy completo y delicioso.

La moqueta podría estar un poco más limpia.
