The hotel is just across the street from Ueda station, which is very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable enough.

Tidiness and hygiene were lacking. I couldn't use the kettle in my room because it was very dirty, and there was a used tampon in the bathroom.

Affordable price. Comfortable room. Location is great if you are from Kantou area and travelling around Nagano perhaps even Joetsu.

i love the free amenities in the lobby thou it's inconvenient but it's also logical. the amenities have a lot i can say a lot more than fancy hotels have they have free ofuru salt, skin care, men after shave you name it.

We were not allowed to check in after paying the amount in advance. They said they will refund and asked us to find another hotel as we werent national of japan. Very disappointing.

Very new hotel. Very cloe to the station. All amenities were there. Price is very reasonable. Machine check-in and a staff helped to push the right buttons, but even without him, the checkin process is extremely smooth. The breakfast (included in the price) was excellent.

You have to pay half price for parking lot. That was unexpected.
