The hotel is around the corner from the train station which is so convenient, as well as a great Internet cafe. The staff was resplendently helpful, warm and welcoming. The room is basic but just fine. we had to work and they were fine about us using the breakfast room after breakfast.

It was very close to the station but it was quiet. When I told them that I needed a fridge, they brought a small fridge into the room.

On check-in I was provided with a map and lots of info on all the sites. Location near the train station was convenient.

The airconditioner in my room wasn't working and the cold water wasn't working either. Temperature was well over 30 degrees and it was very uncomfortable. I was moved to another room, but only after making a bit of a fuss as I was initially told it would only be fixed the next day. Maintenance issues happen, but it should have been handled better by the guy at the front desk.

People who work there are very helpful and nice. I had lovely chats with 2 of the receptionists, one of them being local. It is a clean hotel; maintenance people are doing their jobs well.

The are is not so safe after dark. It is a railway and port zone. All kind of people...

The location was not very safe. we did not feel very safe in the area of the hotel and even we decided to take a taxi instead of walking back from the port. Even the hotel door was locked all the time and to get into the reception from outside or even from inside you have to ring a bell and they have to let you in.

Hotel was very clean, close to the train station and the staff was very helpful! Great value for the price.

A clean room with an excellent location, a minute walk from Príncipe station. perfect for a short break. The gentleman on reception was very helpful and gave us lots of tips about how to best enjoy Genoa

The room decoration was basic, but given the price this is heavily outweighed by the positives above

Despite the hotel has 2 stars I was really pleased by the service and cleanness. The location is also good, but you should pay attention that it is very close to the port with all the effects (smell, safetiness etc...)

staff were especially kind - i had requested to have soya milk with breakfast and they bought it just for me! they helped tell me some must-sees around genova and gave me a map. room was clean and great location.

there was a girl in the reception very kind and nice, she explained to us all the options in Genoa. the hotel is literally a block from the train/bus station, that was perfect for us, because we stay only one night.

Superb location, next to the train station/old port yet not noisy. Lovely room, big bathroom. I had a very nice night of sleep!

It was so clean and the staff was so nice. They helped me a lot and they answered really fast . The bed was so comfortable , I slept well 😍 And the main train station was only 2 min by walking, and really close with the center
