The house keeper that we had the first 5 days was wonderful but our last 2 days the second one was lazy and barely did her job.

When I first got there we did not get the king bed with an ocean view room that was paid for. We had room #1 with two beds and one section locked off so we couldn’t even see the ocean. So it was like being in a cell. After fighting with the day manager the next morning for hours they finally gave us a room on the second floor with a beautiful view of the ocean.

I didn't appreciate that the cost between booking.com and the site was inaccurate by $10usd per day.

I like the fact that it was a beach side resort.

I didn't like the fact that the room didn't have a microwave. It would've been a huge plus.

General service Receptionist took over 15 mins to book us in after we reserved online The swimming pool was dirty and I was told it won't be cleaned for a few days and as the sea wasn't easily accessible it was annoying I had 2 cockroaches in my room

Location was perfect

Rooms were dated and in need of refurbishment. Ran out of water

The location of the property was great, easy to locate even though off the main road. Overall my family had a great time here, and we would revisit.

The property is a bit dated and could use upgrade and outside maintenance. Front desk staff needs training to be better able to deal with guest needs and large groups. We had a party of 9, and made arrangement for breakfast, the food was great but was not sufficient to feed 9 people, management should consider the quantity of food serve for large groups.

Uniqueness of being a smaller hotel. Interacted between other paying guests. With no operating kitchen on-site; you were still able to order local herb tea and coffee in the mornings.

No on site meals available. Even a continental breakfast would have been acceptable, especially with the narrow time frame to sign up for ordered-meals from the the contracted restaurant. Broken TV. Check in Friday night. Wasn't able to watch TV until Sunday night, even then the relocated TV when turned on buzzed the entire time.

The room was spatious and the bed very comfortable. Staff was helpful to arrange transportation for trips. The area has great natural beauty and the hotel good vibe. The garden and the view overlooking the sea are magnificent.

The chef is amazinggggg, house keeper is so helpful and caring.

There was one rude receptionist. She gave us dirty looks and when we asked for coffee she told us there wasn’t any. At that point the housekeeper over heard her and decided to leave her lunch break to make us coffee now that was exceptional service. One bad receptionist and security guard can cost the hotel to lose customers.. the rest of the staff were amazing and made up for where those two were lacking.

This is an ideal base for us when we are in the St Thomas area Having a pool to use is a great bonus Having previously stayed here we have returned and will do so in the future

The disruption to the road networks due to the new highway is unfortunate and not a fault of the resort The first section of the highway just finished and travelling there in the future will be even better 🙌
