We booked for New Year's Eve at very short notice. Kim couldn't have been more accommodating. We arrived early in the evening and were greeted personally and shown our room which was wonderful. The breakfast was fantastic and set us up nicely for the day. We would like to return and stay longer to explore the area a bit more.

What a wonderful stay we had! Everything was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Kim and Tim were very accommodating. I informed them before our stay that I was gluten free and they made sure they had a variety of breakfast items available plus the yummy cakes in the room! The room had everything you needed and the breakfast was delicious! We will be back, thank you so much for making our last holiday as a 2 so relaxing. Love the Ponds x

Henbere Farm is a great B&B! Kim is a wonderful, friendly & genuinely caring host who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. It was very clean, comfortable & homely. The room was really well equipped with everything we needed, including lovely touches such as chocolate treats! The bed was very comfortable & we both slept really well. The en-suite was great, spotlessly clean, the shower was great & toiletries including shampoo, conditioner & body wash were provided. The views from our room were breathtaking & it was so peaceful. Breakfast was delicious, there was plenty of choice & we really enjoyed chatting with Kim who is a truly wonderful host.

We cannot fault it & will definitely be returning.

Everything! Excellent value for money. The bedroom and ensuite was excellent, the view out of room 1 is superb. The setting, although somewhat remote, is very easy to find. Kim was the perfect host, great to chat too, but definitely not over familiar, a lovely lady. A beautiful house with excellent facilities, including very good WiFi. You get a perfect breakfast, with lots of choice, and lots of it, with great local produce on the plate. We even had sole use of a living room with use of a TV, just like home. We cannot fault this B&B, and we will be back! Thank you so much!

We loved everything about Henbere Farm. It's, without, a doubt, the best B&B we've ever stayed in. We received a warm welcome from Kim and Tim. Fresh cream cakes had been left in the fridge for us, in case we were hungry after our journey. The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. The room was much bigger than we are used to. Every detail had been considered, from luxury, Egyptian cotton bedding and amazingly comfortable pillows, to tea / coffee with biscuits, a few chocolates and other snacks (all replaced daily). The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was lovely to have a decent sized TV in the room, as well as the use of a downstair lounge, with fridge and a large TV. Our large en suite was immaculate and fully equipped with shower gels, shampoo and conditioner. Our towels and bedding were replaced every few days. Our breakfast was a daily feast, starting with a beautifully presented, glass dish of fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries with Greek yogurt and granola, (cereal available if desired) followed by a delicious, full English breakfast or poached eggs; which were super fresh and very tasty. There was also toast with lovely marmalade and jam. All this, eaten at a table with a lovely view of the lawned garden with woodpeckers, a variety of small birds and pheasants to entertain us! We were struck, not only by the beautiful scenery from our bedroom window, but also by the complete peace and quiet. A wonderful place to stay for either a short or a long break. Nothing was too much trouble for Kim and she managed the perfect balance of being friendly, attentive and chatty without being intrusive. Thank you for a really lovely stay. We will definitely be returning to Henbere Farm.

This was an exceptional B&B, with such lovely hosts, who were kind, pleasant, & very accommodating. Nothing was too much bother for them, & will go out of their way to make your stay a pleasurable one. The room was really lovely, & was very clean, confortable, & relaxing, with everything you need to make it feel like home from home. The views are absolutely stunning, as the farm is set in the beautiful hills of the Devonshire countryside. If you do not like the little country roads, then this may not be for you, just for that reason, but I would say, it is defintely worth taking that chance, because when you get to the Farm/B&B, you will definitely not be dissappointed etc. The place itself is really lovely, along with the rooms, & the bed being really comfy, with brilliant pillows, as I know I have tried so many over the years personally, with suffering so much with arthritis, especially with my neck/back problems, which need plenty of support to ease them when in bed, & these I must admit, were the best pillows I had ever come across, ever (have bought/tried so many over the years) & it makes such a difference to your holiday if you are able to get a good nights sleep, after a long day site seeing etc. The breakfasts were amazing, & did more than set you up for the day, you were short of nothing (Cereals, fruit/yoghurts, & nut clusters etc made up to enjoy, full english breakfast, toast, with condiments, & orange juce, coffee & tea) & there was no skimping on everything you received, you would not need another meal through the day, after the fantastic breakfast, we were definitely blown away with them, and to be honest, I can never usually fill my husband up when feeding him, as he can eat a good size meal, but even he struggled to eat everything, but did not waste anything out of politeness etc, as Kim spent her time preparing/cooking them.

Kim was a very attentive host and looked after us really well, providing a great service all throughout our time at the farm.

An excellent B&B with a fulfilling breakfast. Kim and Tim are wonderful hosts and certainly make you feel welcome in their home. We stayed here as we were attending a wedding locally so never used the BBQ hut; but we are sure this would have been a great way to spend an evening. We would not hesitate to book Henbere Farm again - "Absoloutely Fabulous"

There is nothing to dislike - This B&B is in a rural location a few miles outside Tiverton and therefore you can expect narrow country lanes (as decribed in their listing).
