It was a great experience to stay in the Austin David Apartment. The location is highly accessible to London Tube and ULR. The staff were very responsive and helpful. The price is much more comparable than the hotel room in the same area. The room is very clean, well furniturized. The flexibility in check-in and check-out mean a lot to travelers from oversea countries. Overall, an excellent option.

Location was top notch, close to transport links and just over the river from the O2 which was so handy for our group. Plenty of space for everyone and lovely city/river views from the balcony, pretty well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Also secure underground car park for our car which was a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Electrical issue with toaster tripping circuit breaker

Please when am I having my refund back to my account. It's be a month now. I checked out of your apartment beside crown plaza on 23rd June and till date my refund hasn't be processed back into my account. I have called my bankers and they are saying it's from your end

The apartment was spacious and clean. Very close to the ExCel with shops and restaurants close by.

There was a delay in getting our keys but they were very apologetic about it.

Very friendly host who accommodated all my needs and allowed me to store luggage early. The property is located in an excellent area close to the ExCel center, to the river and to the tube. It was spacious with good facilities.

They tried to make me sign separate contract and pay a deposit outside of booking's terms which we were able to quickly sort out. It had some signs of ware and tare, however it was clean, well maintained and comfortable.

The property manager was in open communication with us prior to our arrival via the "What's App" app and eventually met us downstairs and brought us up to the room, showed us the property, gave recommendations to good places to eat around us and local spots, then handed us the keys to leave us to it. The property was spacious and exactly what I expected from photos online. The view overlooking the surrounding areas was so nice to wake up to each day. We were conveniently located next to the DLR to hop back and forth to site see. There was also a cable lift across the water to the O2 for shops, eats, and entertainment. We were working at the ExCeL London and were super close (walking distance) to do what we needed on the days we worked on the trip. It was a great experience and would recommend.

There isn't a lot of signage out front to be certain you are arriving at the correct place and there is a key pad you have to have in advance to get inside the building to be met by the property manager so if it's raining or cold, you might be out in the elements a bit while you wait. The coffee machine looked so appealing but we had no idea how to use it - and neither did the host. No worries though - we had a coffee shop (several actually) around us nearby. As an American, it would have been great to know how to use the washer/dryer and oven too. Thankfully, google and a sweet lady in the shop next to us gave us a quick verbal lesson. For traveling, you do have to take the DLR a few stops down to be close enough to grab a taxi if you are expecting to taxi around while traveling, so be prepared for that.

Pillows were uncomftable and the fifth bed was futon, it was impossible to sleep on it.

The property did not look like the one we booked online at all.There was no view,only two beds.The place is small,it a flat,not an apartment.We did not sleep there,we had to book alternative accommodation and to date we have not received any refund.

The glass in one of the large windows was badly crackled. While we were warned about it , we still found it worrying that it could suddenly fall out.
