Conveniently located close to the airport with car transfer option, nice and clean room with an excellent acoustical insulation, great breakfast selection, and the extreme courtesy and professionality of all the staff members. Dhaka Maple Leaf definitely keeps up Best Western good name!

Close to the airport, comfortable beds, clean
Very expensive compared to the quality, rooms are very small, soundproof not good, very expensive shuttle service which even didn’t include protocol assistance at the airport, food is very expensive at the restaurant and always excluded around 30% hidden charges

Clean and convenient as it is very close to the airport. The breakfast was delicious!
One of the staff members didn't seem to know how to charge an international credit card and I had to pay cash in foreign currency. which was a bit of inconvenience for us.

Very generous breakfast serving hours. Very generous choices of breakfast foods. Staff was very helpful and anticipated needs and met them very kindly and professionally! Our room was very nice and comfortable and quiet.

Staff pleasant.
Room had a somewhat strong odour. Maybe old cigarette smoke. The water wasn’t very hot - lukewarm at best. However, staff very helpful, offered me chance to change room, which I declined given time of night and I had already settled in with an early morning flight. I was given complimentary taxi to the airport.

15 minutes walking distance from the airport. Very neat & clean rooms and all facilities. The breakfast was excellent, many items were included. The rooftop restaurant also has an amazing view of the airport.
All the prices are a bit expensive, though it was not that much higher.

the traffic outside the hotel … loud even in room till 4am on one night! eggs at breakfast were good but not sure about the rest of the breakfast!

Staff and closeness to the airport

facilities and staff (especially Tuhin was very kind to us, and everyone else treated us very well, staffs are humble and always helped us and greated with a smile). the management should really be proud of the staffs here, as they are one of best things about the hotel.
24 hour restaurant and breakfast was very good with options and they change few items from the menu every day.
food at the hotel is great, the cafe in the lobby is also great and the roof top grill bar was great as well.
spa and gym also was there but was unable to give it a try as we stayed for a very short period. however it looks good as well, but the gym seems a bit small.
can hear noise from nearby traffic a little bit, but it is same everywhere in bangladesh so theres nothing you can do about it. other than that there is nothing we disliked about the property

Excellent location for passengers travelling through the Dhaka international airport. Breakfast was good, ample choices of western, Mediterranean, Asian and local dishes. The staffs are nice and helpful.
