The room had old furniture. There was a leak in my room. Bad smell in few rooms and also outside near your car park there won’t be any light. The Maintanance of this place is very poor. I booked a Delux Suite and expected to be the worst Suite I have seen. The only thing I can give credit is to the receptionist. I have requested for a refund and the Hotel receptionist agreed for the refund but they said need to go through Booking.com. When Booking.com called them and send email they refused to response till now. I haven’t got the money which the hotel agreed to give. This hotel can scam you easily. Please avoid this hotel it has poor management. I’m not sure how the rest had commented good about this hotel. But to make it more realistic I have image attached below. Thank you.

Very friendly staff. Fast check in and check out. Room is spacious, clean and quiet. Free designated parking area and safe. Value for money.

1) The bathroom wall of the hotel is a bit yellow and the shower head is not convenient and it is difficult to use. 2) The floor is sticky and dirty. There is also a lot of dust. 3) The air conditioner is leaking on the bed so it is very dirty. 4) The sofa is broken one side of the cushion is sideways. 5) The lights in the room is not functioning correctly. 6) The coffee spoons has coffee stains on them. 7) The rain shower rusted.
