Everything was fine, very happy about the stay

Very pleasant stay, Ruwan was very helpful in every aspect. Really beautiful house.

Maybe include some room amenities (towels, coffee, etc.), and include a room heater on a complimentary basis.

WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN A STAY !! I booked this bungalow on booking.com, a week before our stay. Then I called the owner to confirm our stay. On the day of our stay, we received a welcome message from the owner (about 9 am) as well. Then, at about 2 pm (their check-in time) we arrived to the destination. And the owner wasn't there. The maintenance guy came to me and said that the owner was on the phone and he wants to talk to us. The owner said that he gave our room to someone else bcz I didn't answer my phone. But I received so many calls, and messages all day long only he could not call me 😂 Then I and my friends said that we'll wait for him to talk about this. After 1 and half hour he came to the bungalow. We were outside (you know how bad it is to stay outside in 13C s ). He was very rude and aggressive. He said that he wants us to go away from his property immediately. We were so helpless and disappointed! It was the day before Christmas day and Nuwaraeliya was so busy. We didn't know if we would be able to find another place to stay. Then eventually, another room in this bungalow became vacant and the owner said that he can arrange two bedrooms instead of one. We had to accept that bcz we couldn't arrange any other place to stay. So we spent the night in those rooms and left as soon as possible. These guys were the most unprofessional hosts I've ever seen. They ruined our vacation. I wanted to share this with you, to prevent a mistake. If you decide to book this property, it's your own risk. Your phone may turn off 😂 I don't know what would have happened to us if those other gusts hadn't decided to go. I'm so glad to get away from that hosts. Thank you!

The host was super friendly! The room was big and clean. The view from the yard is so beautiful. Also the breakfast was tasty.

Beautiful house with lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. Good location, great views, amazing sunsets and a lovely walk from the town. What makes this place is the host Rawul. He welcomed us warmly and arranged a couple of local trips. He even took us to a local tea factory and really helped us make the most of our visit. He cooked a wonderful breakfast and we had a great stay. Also, a shout out to Jason who's family own the property for welcoming us so warmly and the hospitality he showed us.

Rooms are so clean.. We had initially planned to stay just one day and extended to three days as the rooms are so comfortable.. Friendly staff..

It is located a bit off the center, but still close enough to get there quickly. Nice scenery. The host was very helpful and nice! Service is good.

We booked a mountain view room, which could be prefect if a big high-voltage pole wouldn’t block the view. It wasn’t mentioned in the pictures.

The property is quaint and cozy and the view is beautiful. Mr. Rowan was extremely helpful and a great host.

The beds were comfortable. The attached bath was convenient. staff was extra courteous. The breakfast meals were hot and delicious. had a nice view of the area. Hot running water was greatly appreciated. Best price in town too.

The ambiance of the place is superb.

The family room has only one bathroom/toilet.
