A great, clean apartment with a well appointed kitchen. Location is great, on the fringes of the old town so everything is walking distance but is not noisy at all. The bed is comfy and there is plenty of space to stretch out to watch TV, work at the table, cook and enjoy some downtime.

Unfortunately no AC, a real bummer when it was 35c temps. The fan provided worked well but was a bit noisy.

Close to Colmar’s historic center and, thankfully, on a narrow lane rarely trod by tourists. Easy, secure entry to the exceptionally clean, well-appointed apartment, managed by its owners who are friendly and accommodating to guests’ requests.

The apartment is compact, but comfortable.

The location, the cleanliness, our lovely hosts. The flat had everything you might need, even a potato peeler! Lovely, big bath towels. We made breakfasts and lunches and drank the excellent Cremant d'Alsace. Carrefour City supermarket just about 300 metres away.

The room was too crammed with too many chairs and a set of coffee tables.

Comfort, position, facilities, owner.

Nothing.

The studio is located perfectly, walking distance to all the main attractions in Colmar. You can find everything you need in the studio, it is a very well designed place with attention to even very small details. Guy is a super nice host, reachable at all times and helpful beyond your regular host. I will definitely stay here next time I visit Colmar and I can recommend this place to everyone without hesitation.
