- They ask for the full paiement in cash. (seem shady). - They should include the extra fees in the first amont because you are oblidge to wait for them the after your arrival (for them to collect paiement) AND the day you leave because they ask you for a 1500 bath deposit and the give you back the money you havent spent on electricity. - No diner table - Sofa’s back cushion broken - Ants the first day (was handle quickly by the staff)

Bathroom cant lock. Couch for sleeping is broken.

Located right next to the Maya Shopping Mall and nice area. Spacious apartment with kitchen and washing machine. Parking available.

Building needs refresh. Beware that it is 10~15 min cab ride from old town (if that’s where you want to spend most of your time).

Even though got kitchen and kitchenette, but the exhaust fan is not functioning.

The swimming pool is to deep for young children my son is 7 years old and tall for his age and he could only just touch the bottom at the shallow end

THE TAXI DRIVER WAS ON TIME. THE VENUE WAS CENTRAL

THE APARTMENT WAS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE. THE POOL WAS DIRTY. LINEN ON THE BED WAS OF POOR QUALITY. IT WAS NOISY ALL NIGHT. THE NEXT-DOOR NEIGHBOUR APPEARED TO BE SQUATTING AND WAS HEARD SCREAMING AT 6AM ON A REGULAR BASIS. ON OTHER OCCASIONS I FOUND HIM LYING IN THE PASSAGEWAY IN HIS UNDERWEAR.TV DIDNT WORK HAD IT RAINED IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A NICE DISTRACTION THE OWNER WAS AWARE BUT NEVER FIXED IT.

We loved the location of the suite and the amenities around it. There were coffee shops, restaurants, access to transit etc.

There were a couple of problems. First, when we checked in, we were given the wrong code for the lockbox. That meant we were in a hot hallway trying to get into the room. It took a while to get into the room and get settled. Second, a couple of weeks before we came, we were informed that we would have to pay for water and electrical. We were not informed of that before booking. We were definitely charged a "farang" rate for electrical and water. The pool has seen better days, as has the entire building, but for the cost, it was a decent place to stay for our family.

The room was comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, it was fresh renovated so no comparison to the building itself.

TV had no antenna and at least my devices did not connect to screenshare. But Maya Mall is very near and you can buy a relative cheap Internet TV stick or better bring your own from home.

The bed is soft and comfortable.

It was stated on the booking there was internet, thier was not! Also stated Thierry was a TV 📺, it did not work! When I tried to explain the problem a older female employee yalled at me in anger! The hallway walls were extremely dirty! Paint was pealing off the woodwork in the toilet room, sheets were stained! It was vary embarrassing for me when my friends and family came to visit and complained about the poor dirty condition of the hotel and advised me to find somewhere else, when the reason I got the place was to empress them! Nothing looked like the advertised clean and white photos on the internet and had to f9ile a complaint with the authorities with charges of false advertising/fraud! I showed maintenance how filthy the shower curtain was and they had to take it away but, never replaced it and as a result I slipped and fell on the wet floor that could have been prevented by a shower Curtain if it was replaced!

the location was good, 2 minutes walk close to MAJA shopping center the apartment was well equipped with all u need incl washing machine

it is located in a abitrundown condo, with noisy cat fights at night and bugs running around the pool (once it was open) had a very high dosage of chlorine that would probably help to get rid of tattoos (the pix in the advert are very well photo shopped) some of the electric facilities in the apartment weren’t working (wlan had many failures, some of the fans and lighting didn’t work) not really space to hang the laundry

The property is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is big and nice. The host is responsive to emails.

It is very noisy when open the windows. It is not far from the airport. The plane flies over many times a day. The noise from MAYA shopping mall air conditioner group, the cars on the road. The air conditioner in the master bedroom is noisy. There is only a small table and two chairs in the living room. Both sofa and chairs were uncomfortable. Poor lighting in the living room.

The place is big and clean, very good location and friendly staff

I asked for an early check in, and arrived like 12 pm but the apartment wasn't ready yet and wait for it like 2 hrs

The bath room has no bolt, and the walls are transparent, so it was to hard to take a shower or use the toilet the time my friend were be in the room
