Amazing views, comfy beds, clean and very well equipped

Everything...it was lovely, with parking and outside seating looking over the sea and views of Mt Teide on Tenerife from the master bedroom! Facilities including washing and drying machines, shower and TV with Netflix...

Nothing much, parking requires care but great all round!

The view from all of the four terraces is breathtaking. An absolute highlight to be enjoyed any minute of the stay. We liked a ll the exotic trees and plants. The little restaurant 'El Faro' at the end of the stairs was very handy.

The bedrooms where very close to the road, which you could not see from the description. I wouldn't have left the windows open to sleep. There weren't many cars on it so it wasn't a big problem. In fact being on the main road meant that driving there wasn't too much of a challenge as it would have been, was the place more remote.

The location is fantastic, with views across the sea towards Tenerife. We stayed here in January as a group of three friends escaping the cold British winter; we spent a lot of time basking on the different terraces enjoying the sunshine. There is an outside BBQ area and inside the kitchen is very well equipped, the bathroom has an excellent shower and the sink even had a plug that worked! There is also a washing machine and a drying rack outside should you need it.The bedrooms both have tall ceilings with comfortable beds. Overall we think this is the best place we have stayed yet with Booking.com and we would love to return. Hermigua is a long village spread out along the valley. You will need a car to get there and to travel around the Island. There are two supermarkets in Hermigua which have all the basics you will need. We found this an excellent base for exploring the Island and trying out some of the less demanding local walks.

The only thing we found a little tricky was reversing into the parking bay as it is on a main road and rather tight, but fortunately the road was not too busy.

The traffic on the road in front of the house is heavy in the morning. To much noise and pollution .

Nice big property with good views

We booked this because it was listed as no smoking but when we arrived the whole house smelled really badly of smoke. It was so bad we couldnt stay in the Villa. The host offered us alternative accommodation in a small apartment which we took. We did move into the proper villa 2 days later when it had been cleaned thoroughly.
