The apartment was immaculate, spacious and beautifully decorated. It was well equipped and very well laid out and organized. Lovely extra touches were provided like welcoming New Year’s champagne bottles and there was a nice additional lounge area just outside the apartment with tea, coffee, cookies and bottled water. The location was excellent. On a quiet street and just outside of the busier Innerstadt areas but in easy walking distance to everything.

We had a wonderful visit to Vienna. Our apartment was exceptional and beautifully appointed. It was warm and quiet, which enabled us to rest peacefully before the day ahead. It is located close to an underground station, so it's easy to reach from the airport. All the sights are within easy walking distance, but there are buses and tram stops close by should you wish to use them. Our host was kind and helpful, and communication was excellent.

The room was extremely well equipped and very comfortable. The availability of refreshments was fantastic. We loved our host. There was no noise from the street and the location was fantastic.

It was a little uncomfortable having the common area right outside our door, we would probably not have booked that room had we known that people would be preparing drinks just outside where we were sleeping. However, that was a small issue and we would recommend the property otherwise.

Konstanze was really nice and she pays attention to small details.She made our stay comfortable and we felt like “at home”. There was always tea, coffee, cookies, candies, apples ,wines and beer available with no extra charge. Highly recommend.

Everything was amazing! Very nice location and extremely clean room! Kostanze had always available for us coffee and tea which made our stay only more pleasant. We’ll be staying again for sure when visiting again Vienna! Totally recommended!

I think Apartments Rooseveltplatz resembles Wien : both are historical, inspiring, and beautifully arranged. The apartment was spacious and spotless. We enjoyed the classical and modern interior design. The location is also wonderful. The apartment building is conveniently located near the public transportation, a “Tabak(a small shop that sells the transport tickets)”, and a big supermarket(Billa). We especially liked the beautiful Votive Church nearby. But most of all, it is Konstanze who makes our stay memorable. She was very professional and considerate. We won’t forget her generosity. Thank you so much, Konstanze!

Literally next door to Votivkirche, steps to University and Metro / Tram station, well-stocked supermarket, as well as quite a few good cafes. It’s very much doable to take a stroll from the apartment, onto the Ringstraße and the historic Innere Stadt district, with City Hall, Hofburg and Museums. The Apartment itself is… well the kind I wish I could actually have. Love the scent bags - I’ll buy the same once back in New York. Also love the prickelnd, that’s only available in Austria 😭

Beautiful and tastefully decorated apartment in Vienna; everything about this property is perfect. The location of this property is in a beautiful building that is a convenient walk to the heart of Vienna; however, it is in a quiet and lovely area. Our hostess was so gracious, communicative and organized. If I could rate this property an eleven, I would. Thank you!

Everything was perfect. GREAT service, wonderful location, very clean, quiet - really everything was great. A bonus was the self service 'bar' in the private reception area; Nespresso coffee, refrigerators with beer, sparkling and flat water, super chocolate chip cookies, fruit, candies.

Located very close to metro line so easy to get around, or very walkable to places. Close to the apartment is plenty of cafes for food & drink

Excellent location, could easily walk to most places plus tram and train close by. Everything was spotless and well designed. The drinks station was a lovely addition. Konstanze was super friendly, she even left Easter treats for everyone.
