The breakfast was excellent, could not ask for more.

Bed was uncomfortable. The mattress had hollows in it.

The views of the Loch from our bedroom & it was close to town centre.

The place was clean, quiet , very comfortable bed & we had a great night's sleep. Our full Scottish breakfast was delicious. The location was great, short walk from the train station & easy walking to the town center. The neighborhood is very nice & the view is so pretty.

We stayed in room 2, which was light and airy and very clean. The ensuit was lovely with nice toiletries supplied, and it too was very clean. We had a superb breakfast with a good selection of cereals and cooked food offered, along with fruit, yoghurts, and beverages. Our room had a lovely view of Loch Linne and the mountains. We couldn't have been looked after better than we were at Gowan Brae

Our stay was lovely and I would definitely go back. The owner was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Great location too, had a beautiful view to the loch from our window and only a few minute walk to the centre.

Great location, 5 minutes from the Centre , lovely and quiet, we didn't have breakfast as we were out early for a train but Ann made us a lovely packed lunch each, Sue my partner is Vegan and Gluten Intolerant and that was not a problem either. We will be back.

Everything was perfect , the room is comfortable , the house is very comfy and we feel like home , the breakfast is delicious ( and very big ) and the host is the kindest ! loved the little intention . We will definitely go back if we have to stay in Fort William .

We really loved this accommodation from start to finish. Ann is so lovely and friendly, and superbly professional. Amongst so many highlights, the breakfast is sensational both in terms of quality and volume. The view across the loch is sensational. The towels are probably the softest in the world. The bedroom was very well kitted out and very clean. We parked just across the street and the setting could not be better as down a few steps is the pier and the high street. highly recommend this guest house to anybody visiting the town.

It was close to the town centre and was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and it's a shame that I was leaving too early to have it on my second day but the pack up was much appreciated.

The steps up from the town can be a little bit of a challenge especially when you're tired but there's not much that can be done about that :D

Absolutely gorgeous house , extremely comfy and clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the host , Ann , who paid attention to small details that others miss. Close to town and all facilities and parking too . Beautiful views and hope to return again in the future.
