The room has some kind of unpleasant smell when we enter. The water inside pool looks like haven't been changed for quite some time. If your room is those with stair to access another room, be careful as the stairs is very steep and dangerous. Not recommended for those with elders or kids.

the common area was nice.

noisy and territorial guests. wet carpet smell. and room finishing quite messy. wall and ceiling paint not sharp edges. not enough plug points. example there is a desk in the room but I have to hook up my laptop cable across the other side of the room as there is no plug at the desk.

The location was perfect, the house was fine and beautiful. one staff night shits malay guy was good and friendly

here comes the best best about this part, upon arrival looking at all indian the receptionists asked for Rm1000 deposit ( yes that is right RM1000 deposit CASH) she told me its already in booking.com which i was not able to find or see during booking. We told her there is not that much of cash , can online transfer or not after some talk. she called someone that person ask for Rm500 cash. ok fine. I have stayed in so many 5 star hotels in Malaysia and different countries nobody have asked me Rm1000-500 deposit. earlier she showed me a paper says that Rm5000 deposit. I have no idea what is wrong with this people. I find it racist, maybe they don’t prefer Indian but don’t jump into conclusions . its kinda scary at night , no suitable for kids because of the insects. and ya they have so many rules to deduct the deposit! never coming back or recommending anyone. before going for my vacation I was so happy, right after talking to the receptionist and the so call manager who is hiding behind. we have just lost the mood. good job management!

The room and overall villa is beautiful.

There is no microwave inside room, need to go downstair at public common place to use the microwave. At the living room only have ceiling fan, no airconditioner, a bit hot during noon time. The parking area is not fenced, they claimed have staff for carpark, but still park at your own risk as the parking lot really at the roadside.

their Air Conditional was lake of gas, I paid for the bigger room but they in exchange me to a smaller size of room due to the Air Conditional was not working fine.

The location was very private and nice. Gives a more Mexican kinda environment which I liked.. Swimming pool was nice n deep. The upper room was spacious n had comfy beds. This villa was close to family mart, 7E, and KK mart, Domino's. It took us 5mins to go there. Also it only took us 8mins yo go to the nearest beach, so we went in the afternoon, night and the next day morning...lol

I feel they could provide more channels option on the tv .. there were only 1 or 2 channel which made the tv lose its purpose of being there. Also maybe they could provide breakfast package. Also maybe can include a mirror in the downstair room.
