Strategic location. Clean room and toilet. Functional small kitchen with full equipment. Clear self check in instruction from owner. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back for my next Penang trip.

A bit narrow driving ramp towards carpark. Quite challenging for bigger car.

Room big and comfortable,location also not bad,nearby have morning Market and dinner at hawker.

The sofa bed not comfortable,,If only 2 person stay,please fold up at least have sofa to sit

The studio is on the 29th floor (almost the top floor!) with a great view of Penang bridge and over towards old town. The studio had absolutely everything we needed to stay here for 5 nights (kitchen utensils, washing powder, shower gel, iron, washing machine, clothes hangers - you name it!). The studio was impeccably clean. The bedroom has huge windows, bringing in lots of natural light, especially morning sunlight. We enjoyed the small balcony too. The building has a good swimming pool, gym and table tennis room. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Georgetown. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to our messages. He also provided clear instructions for an easy check in.

It's not really walkable distance to the old town. This wasn't too much of a problem as grab is very accessible :)

Good size and had everything I required. Good pool and provided with plenty of towels.

It was a bit far out from the centre so had to use Grab

It was our second time at this apt.. In a nutshell - PERFECT, it met all our expectations ( refer to our previous review) and far beyond. Caring hosts with great sense of humor and very good communicative skills can make their guests feel really welcome - Joseph and Jazz ♥️♥️.

The apartment has met all our expectations. Nicely and comfortably furnished, very clean, opposite a multi -bus bus stop and not bad supermarket a few minutes away. Bonus - friendly and considerate hosts. Jazz and Joseph - thanks ☀️.

we loved the view and the suite! the staff were most attentive to our needs. the sheets were clean, bathroom was clean and up to date. kitchen was well supplied and accommodating for long visits (we were here for 3 weeks). we LOVED having a water filter and avoided the use of plastic water bottles. our cleaning service was good ( came in about 4 times during our visit). the pool, gym, reading room and public ping pong table were nice (although only 2 lounge chairs). the suite is a grab 15 minute drive away from the city center. the local area is wonderful: lots of restaurants, hawker stands and grocery stores. there is also a local outdoor market where we shopped for fruit and met several lovely vendors.

the living room couch was too soft and uncomfortable. if only staying a short time it wouldn’t matter but we spent a long time in the condo and it became uncomfortable.

great kitchen facilities, comfy bed, great bathroom. clean and super nice to be able to cook at home. pool was so nice!

my partner felt super anxious about this apartment being so high up (29th floor!) so that was hard for him. I enjoyed it, had such good facilities! location wasn’t ideal but bus was all good

the way to the parking is a bit narrow.

the location was alright. The Perak Road market was nearby and food shops were easily accessible

It would have been better if fans were installed in the unit. after a time, the air con was very cold and had to be switched off. A fan would have helped to circulate the air. It was very warm in the bedroom.

30 minute taxi to airport. Very clean. Nice tv and fast free internet. Great aircon and lots of amenities (kitchen, laundry, gym, steam room / pool, etc.)

Check-in was a little slow but the security was very helpful, hot water in room shower was a bit mild, everything else was absolutely perfect!!! Very clean and fresh bed / towel. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. 5 out of 5 (nearly perfect)
