Don't depend on application price we booked room for Approx 580,when we reached the hotel they told us to pay Rs 1000 more for the room and told us the prices on online are booking charges not room charges totally scams going on we didn't have any other option as it was raining so forcefully we had to book that room by giving additional Rs1000.We had flight at night so we needed room for just 6,7hrs as we had luggage with us instead of paying here we should have spent time in some high class cafe or lounge,We were stuck in that situation where we can't move around with so much bags so we payed Rs1000 but I bet not to take this hotel at any cost

Location is not convenient to airport, the name of the hotel is misleading "oyo elite residency near chennai airport" not so near buddy. The hotel is not closer to any of the following tea stall, hotel, bus stand, auto stand, pharmacy etc. The location of this hotel is pretty useless - be ready to go walk a mile to fetch anything. This hotel should be stripped of the lodging license !!!!

Room was not clean, roaches everywhere, bathroom dirty, bed, bed sheet, blanket, pillow and walls everything dirty.

Very near to Airport and easily locatable.Economical for fresh up.

Rooms were not good and in spite of online booking they were asking extra money, at night times i had to pay and stay. It's a Oyo hotels, they don't care about customers at all. they simply says call to Oyo or Booking.com customer care , we don't care about them.

Everything. Asper booking.com app amount was showing 1329+tax for 8person but there they asked 1000per head. After so many arguments and due to tiredness we agreed for 4k. Worst experience in my life. They are not considered online price and bookings
