Good location, very close to Wrocław Główny. Very fast check-in and check-out. Premises are very new and the room was spacious.

Bed wasn't comfortable, any movement would make it squeak noisily. Apartment was equipped with the very, very minimum: one fork, one knife, half a roll of toilet paper, no sheets or covers for the sofa-bed. The air extractor in the bathroom kept running all night.

Dobrze zlokalizowany (blisko dworca, galerii Wroclavia, niedaleko rynku). Blisko do sklepu (żabka, biedronka). Apartament dość przestronny, z wygodnym łóżkiem i małym balkonem. Na wyposażeniu większość niezbędnych sprzętów (lodówka, garnki, talerze, sztućce, pralka, zmywarka, ręczniki). Czystość w porządku, stan dobry, choć widać że apartament nie jedną imprezę już przeszedł. Jest możliwość rezerwacji miejsca parkingowego w podziemnym garażu za 30zł za dobę.

Wifi lapalo bardzo słabo I czasem zrywało połączenie.

The apartment is quite tired and old, the toilet paper was like sandpaper.Drilling noises from next door till late evening made the stay a bit miserable.The girls at the reception aren't very welcoming and seem too important to acknowledge your presence.Stayed in better apartments for lower price.

The apartments were very nice. Near the city centre. Friendly staff. It was possible to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out.

Wifi wasn't working - I had not checked that with the host since I had mobile internet. The apartment had very rudimentary facilities. Everything was a bit 'worn out'

The place is just outstanding, the price, the service, and the room as well. All is here if you would like to stay few days, not to need worry about anything. Close to the city railway station and not so far to city centre. When choosen apartment for 2 people, we just had a nice big apartment where you can actually live for few days with all basic needs met. Highly remommend this place.

Well, the construction of the new building is like noise can be heard across the floors, but nowadays buildings are apparently like this.

It has not fully equipped kitchen. We we’re missing knives, and one pot was not suited to the induction hob, oven without pans. Also, Wi-Fi was not enough to make a video call. Finally, the most sudden thing that we had personal issues and had to leave 6 days earlier and nothing refunded.

It was cold, the heating won’t work. There wasn’t no soap.

I made a new reservation for the 4th day of my stay and asked for cleaning the apartment and they refuse to clean it, disappointed!

Arrived and room had no bedding or pillows. Was cold and had very little sleep. Asked for refund but was only offered a free breakfast.

The location.

The apartment stunk of cigarettes to the point that the smell remained on all of our clothing. We kept the balcony door open all night and the apartment still stunk of cigarettes in the morning. On entering the property a pillow on the bed was pushed up against the headboard with the other pillow flat on the bed. This was unnerving as it implied someone had been lying on the bed prior to our arrival. We slept without bedding all night as it wreaked of cigarettes. We attempted to change our room, however staff on the reception are not available between the hours of 12am-8am. The only thing we could do was walk back to Hotel Sofia (5 minute walk) to explain the issues with the apartment, however the receptionist was unable to assist and stated her “job was to give the keys and that we would have to stay in the apartment and make a complaint at 8am when the reception is open”. We kept all of our luggage in the bathroom as this room smelled the least.

location is great, nice apartment for 2 adults and 3 kids that slep in big one open sopa bed. price was good for one night.

the bed was not comfortable at all. the lights from out aide wake us very early because there wasn't any cartin to block the sun. the toilet and the entire apartment felf very dirty (left over in the toilet seat). the kitchen dishes looks like they were washed in some water with no soap, mosquito in the apartment etc...
