The property is well located, approximately ten minutes walk to the beach. It’s in a very quiet area and there are two shops nearby for basic necessities. There are also many shops, restaurants and bars along the beach front. We would be very happy to visit again. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact when necessary.

Very nice property everything available WiFi good -I brought and used my firestick with no issues-plenty of towels left for us also beach towels as requested and with a washing machine makes travelling lighter

Apartment was lovely 😍

The property was lovely, we had two sets of keys so each of us could leave and come back as we pleased. The location was lovely, so close to the beach with the near shop only a few metres away for any essentials. Loads of channels on the tv, fan in the room which was very much needed. Overall a really great apartment.

The wifi wasn’t very strong so it didn’t reach the bedroom which was a little disappointing but that’s my only little feedback. Property was absolutely amazing and exactly like the photos.

This house was perfect in a lovely quiet residential location away from the hustle and bustle of the main Street in Puerto del Carmen, but close enough too! Only 8 mins walk to the beach. Lots of supermarkets nearby. Wifi was excellent and strong enough to work remotely with two people using videoconferencing. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Location was good for us, close enough to main restaurants and sea but also tucked away in a residential area which felt very safe. The apartment very comfortable with a large sofa and good internet connection. The owners were very welcoming, even leaving some water and snacks.

10 minutes from beach. Quiet. Plenty of on-street parking. Lovely apartment with all facilities you could possibly want, including a south-facing patio and a garden in front with sun loungers. The owner Vivi was very communicative and came to see us at the apartment to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely go back to Apartmento Filla.

The shower was a occasionally a bit odd with fluctuating pressure and temperature but a minor concern really.

Supermarket nearby (under 5min walking distance). Restaurants mostly directed towards international (English) tourists (English pubs, hindu, Chinese, international).
