It is near to a mrt station, few cartwheels away to the best food in KL!

I find our room aircondition a bit noisy, although ive put it in a silent mode.

The convenience of the location and well priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room clean except from the very strong body odour smell. Also liked the handy cute breakfast in the morning. The pool was lovely to cool down in.

The room had a strong body odour smell that would only go away, if the air conditioning was turned on full. You have to pay a deposit for the world’s smallest fridge. That was a little challenging, as I was traveling with a toddler.

Very central location, clean rooms, comfy bed. Not the largest room but it's great for one person and it has a very nice bathroom

No fridge in the room and I wish there was a bar or restaurant in the hotel

The rooms are clean and they offer to clean every day.

No parking and offloading area fully occupied. The parking recommended by the hotel is two blocks away and costs MYR 30 per day. Hotels.com stated the amount that we will pay at check in. They charged more to my card. We are taking this further. WARNING : they want a MYR 200 deposit on check in. We were not warned of this. The rooms are small with only a few amenities. Much better value for money available in the area.

Hotel in a super central location near a lot of bars, restaurants, public transportation, and night life. This is a great hotel! The staff is super friendly. I definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

When I arrived the room had a terrible smell to it, very awful. But after speaking with the staff they helped me to get the windows open and after a day of running the fan the odor was mitigated entirely. I don't like that the room was stifling when I got there, but I do like that the staff was super responsive.

Schönes Hotel was wir uns am selben Tag über Booking buchen konnten. Als wir ankamen war unser Zimmer auch schon fertig. Es war alles sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend.

Wir hatten nur das Pech, dass es bei unserem Aufenthalt kein warmes Wasser gab. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich als wir fragten und erklärten uns, dass die Anlage kaputt gegangen ist. Naja, sie können ja nichts dafür und die Abkühlung tat ehrlich gesagt auch ganz gut! Leider gibt es keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Pool in the roof is fab. The location is perfect, in the heart of Bukit Bintang. Rooms are really funky way designed. My favorite hotel in KL.

The breakfast opportunity is not the best. Of course you can choose not to pay for it and just go to a nearby amazing eatery.

Center of KL, 2 minutes walking distance to Changkat, convenient stores are nearby

No car park attach to the hotel building is a minus point

立地が良く、Raja Chulan駅やBukit Bintang駅、夜市からアクセスしやすい。高いビルなので少し離れた場所からでも見つけやすい。静かなので騒音で寝られないみたいなことは全くなかった。設備の使いやすさや清潔感も問題なし。レストランやコンビニが近くにあり人通りも多く、またホテルの入口にはにこやかに挨拶してくれる警備のスタッフさんがいるので安心。屋上からの眺めも良かった。とてもおすすめです。

I didn’t have hot water for my whole stay and even though this can be an issue in the building there was no solution/compensation of any kind given.

Location was good, it was nearby the malls and attractions. Facilities were clean and staff were friendly.

Was down a steep hill and road works were being done at the area when we were there. Some inconveniences as we had to reroute back to the hotel due to road works.

The final experience was extremely worse. The terrible issue was the hotel manager lied and misled the customer and that led to the double loss of the customer. Even the customer tried to discussed with them reasonably,the hotel manager firstly didn’t work functionally to check the email from booking. com and later lied to the customer regarding the refunding process. Because if this, it led to the double loss of the customer. (They could have told the truth in the first place but not to lie and misled the customer. )The customer requested an explanation but they failed to made one. The customer finally decided to fill the complaint officially to them and requested them to response . However they simply ignored and deleted the message . They simply ignored…. This is really worse attitude. Could not believe this.

Pool was nice.

Got to our room, it wasn’t cleaned no bed sheets etc. However did get a free upgrade. Have to put a large cash deposit, or only with credit card. Staff a little rude and your luggage gets stored in the reception if you do need to leave it. Not the best in terms of safety. Would defo recommend paying for the room with a window.

Todo en general. Limpio, ordenado, moderno Y súper bien situado.

The Location

The room was very small, as was the bathroom. We might have enjoyed the ultra modern grey minimalist style more had there not been such an awful noise; it sounded like a lorry was parked in the hallway with it's engine running. We asked if we could have another room but were told the hotel was full, The staff suggested the noise was AC or street noise. It was not. Two members of staff came with us when we asked to check out and suggested the noise was from the 'panel' in the hallway and that it was throughout the building so nothing they could do. To be clear this wasn't a small buzz but a loud noise that penetrated into the rooms and for some folks (like me) it will mean a very unpleasant stay, As the staff clearly knew about the noise issue and knew that it could not be fixed I feel like the hotel isn't fit for purpose. When we asked to switch rooms staff were not helpful; basically no we would not switch. We walked around the corner to a fabulous hotel called Stay with Bintang. A totally different experience. They showed me a room, almost twice the size, so light and bright with an amazing view. We returned to MOZ and said we would check out. They again suggested it was AC and came with us to our room (604) and agreed that noise was awful and again said it was the 'panel'. This chap said he would try to refund us for the second night. He also said he couldn't sleep with that noise. We've since had an email saying it's not hotel policy to refund. We spent one hour of a two night booking in MOV. The room is small, not well lit, and as others have said, there was a stain on the bed linen... but it was the awful noise issue within the fabric of the building that led us to leave. I've never done this before but so glad that we did; we enjoyed KL but could never recommend MOV!

Nabourhood was exciting. Good bars, nice restaurants. Walking distance to all the shopping fun.

Friendliness of the staff was not as expected. Short answers.l

Air conditioner was terrible, unfriendly staff, grotty furniture, no spare toilet rolls, light switches are in odd locations. Limited clothes storage available.
