The location is nice, near to the train station. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee maker. Following the instructions, we did a self-check-in and checkout

Due to its location is pretty loud at night until the early morning. You can't open windows and sleep well. The toilet door doesn't hide anything. It is just a sliding door. If you are not close it can be inconvenient for you. The host changed apartment 5 hours before our arrival. He didn't send me instructions for self-check-in until I asked. I wonder if anyone even lived in the apartment in the photographs. After I made my booking, the host asked me to email a copy of my card. Presumably, it was necessary to confirm my reservation. Why should I send a copy of my document to some weird email address? That's ridiculous and unsafely.

The location was perfect for exploring the city. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

Access to the apartment was easy but we had to go down a hallway past the bin area which had rubbish on the ground not in the bins. We stayed between a Thursday and Tuesday and the rubbish was there the whole time. I noticed a dead rat on the Friday evening in the bin area and when it was still there on Sunday I told the host. The response was they will inform the building management on Tuesday (public holiday Monday), they didn't seem phased at all. I was not happy with their response as it came across that it is ok to expect paying guests to walk past a filthy bin area with a dead rat for a few days. This attitude is enough for me not to stay again. I am not naive and know rats live around areas where there is food shops but if you have a problem keep the bin area clean and clear at all times.

The apartment's location was super convenient. In the heart of Nantes and close to the Commerce Tram station

The host the night before the check in, informed me after I messaged him for our arrival, that the apartment was not available and that he had another apartment close to the one I booked and if I wanted to stay there. I had no option because I could not find another property at that time, so I accepted this. The room was not as good looking as the one I booked, and it was not well preserved. We were disappointed by this situation. I would not choose this property again in the future for sure.

Located in the center, all facilities were there.

Paid parking and entrance by making a phone call was not convenient. I received another appartement than booked.

Tan contacted us in advance to provide all information to check in. The appartment is in the middle of bars and clubs. The rooms were clean.

Even though we ended up not staying in this particular apartment, the apartment we ended up in was very good and in a central location of the city.

A week before our trip we were notified that the Loft NYC we booked wasn't available. A replacement apartment was offered, similar to the one we booked, but the host couldn't provide info on where this normally would be rented out (it wasn't on Booking). The apartment we got turned out to be fine, but just felt a bit weird preparing for our trip. Communication from the hosts could be improved.

The size of the loft. Very clean. Internet was working perfectly. Everything was provided.

Superb location and yet so quiet ! Everything you could possibly need was there and we appreciated the little welcoming touches . Excellent value in the heart of a beautiful city.

The apartment is in a very central area of Nantes

The entry is AWFUL! The entry is narrow and filthy dirty and the door is very heavy to push/ pull open. There are roosting pigeons inside, around the internal spiral staircase and narrow walkway leaving feathers and droppings on the stairs. The stairs are very steep , windy and narrow. At the base of the stairs is a row of overflowing rubbish bins. The area on the ground floor smelt of rubbish, pigeon droppings and stale cooking from the takeaway beside the entrance. Citizens use the entry alcove at street level as a smokers corner, so exiting the building requires one to gasp through clouds of cigarette smoke and shouting loiterers.

The location , it is really in the downtown.

From outside the building is ok , but not from inside ....dirt, not maintened. Loft means 2nd floor but the window is to a court. The cleanliness in the appartment could be better. But the worst was the noise coming from the neighbours in the everning and during the night .
