Dieses brandneue 3BR, 2. 5 Bad Haus bietet einen offenen Grundriss Wohnraum im Erdgeschoss, komplett mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Großbildfernseher, Brettspielen und einer 2x Autogarage, die auch als Spielzimmer dient! Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit einer Schlafnische für ein viertes Bett! 11 Minuten nach Benning und weniger als 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Haustiere willkommen! Wifi und viele Spiele für Unterhaltung. Wunderbare Aussicht und sichere Nachbarschaft!

Nachdem wir mehr als 2.000 Gäste in anderen Häusern rund um Columbus und Fort Benning beherbergt hatten, stellten wir fest, dass einige Menschen alte historische Häuser lieben, andere den Komfort und die Leichtigkeit eines modernen Hauses bevorzugen. Wir haben uns mit einem Bauunternehmer zusammengetan, um drei brandneue Häuser zu bauen, die speziell auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Gäste zugeschnitten sind. Dieser ist der größte und wurde im März 2019 fertiggestellt! Es verfügt über 4 geräumige Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss und zwei Badezimmer, darunter eine Master-Suite. Tolle Aussicht auf die Berge in Fort Benning! Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein geräumiges, offenes Wohnzimmer und eine Küche. Alle Geräte sind brandneu und die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen Fernseher, eine Couch und einen Futon, der als weiteres Bett dienen kann. Separates Esszimmer und ein fantastisches Spielzimmer in der Garage!

18 minutes from Fort Moore. The neighborhood was great. The house was clean and had a good setup. Plenty of space with all the family here. The back yard is a bit smaller than what I expected. I’m assuming they fenced in around the pool not the entire back yard maybe? Still had a great time outside. The garage wasn’t accessible at all which would have been great for the rainy days as there is no porches or covered areas and we unpacked in the rain. There’s plenty of gas stations and grocery store 5 minutes up the road. We had a great stay highly recommend this house.

Booked this location due to location to base and the small pool for the kids. Kitchen area is large and was plenty of room for dinners at the house. The grill out back has seen better days.

We visited Columbus for a turning green ceremony at Fort Moore. This house is in a great location for visiting the base. House is located in a cul-de-sac and backs up to a forest. Very peaceful and quiet but close to food and entertainment. We loved the house and the town of Columbus. Thank you for providing this home as a VRBO rental.

Perfect location to attend any ceremony at Fort Moore. Quick drive to the gates to attend ceremonies, many attractions within a 15 minute drive, and plenty of restaurants.
The Patriot Family Homes property management team is very professional and all information was provided as promised with continued communication during and after the stay.

Perfect for our family weekend getaway. More than enough space for our family of 4. Could easily accommodate 2 small families or a larger family. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and proximity to activities.

Property location was great as well as check in. Management Company needs to work on organization and client service.
Was contacted if HVAC tech could come at noon for maintenance. I agreed. We waited until 2 and no one came so went to base. Upon return, there was a truck in drive and a couple techs with another man who represented management company. AC was off and we were told it would be several hours to repair and turn back on ac - there was nothing wrong with ac when we left.
I attempted to engage property manager in conversation and he ignored me and then said I was drunk. No drinking had taken place - he was offensive. I called office and they sent someone else out but they only stated they would buy some window units until air back up. Stated they had been waiting for part and just came in. This caused our family cookout and swim party to be pushed back for several hours as no window units materialized

This property has more room than the pictures give it credit. We had 7 adults and a 2 year old, and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was clean and perfectly located close to Fort Benning just like we wanted.
I had read about the garage being a game room in the reviews (but not the listing), so I was a little disappointed BUT that was my own misunderstanding. The garage is now being used for storage and not accessible. The yard and weather were so nice that we spent most of our time outside anyway.
We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place…. Great size for our family. We were there for a Ft Benning graduation. Close to everything we needed. Property owner went above and beyond. Would book again if we need to stay in the area.

We went to our sons turning green ceremony and wanted to have some extra space to hang out. The house was a manageable distance from ft Benning and was spacious for all 6 of us. We liked being able to be outside too.

Hot house! Washer didn’t work!
When enter the home it was so hot! It took about 24 hours and a Ac man to come out for it to cool off!
There was a roach in the living room floor by the front door.
There was also one up stairs in the nuck room area fell in the bed with my kids.
The washer would work!
That’s the main reason of renting the house is for the washer! There was only 6 towels in the house 3-4 wash rags! But yet the house sleep up to 10 people?
Dishes was greasy and nasty!
All the walls needs to be painted and the carpet is so nasty with stains everywhere!
When walking up the stairs the wall moves! The master room smells like pee!
The kids has bug bites! I have saw so many bug in this house.
The door wouldn’t lock on numerous then one occasion!

Great place close to Fort Benning
We had a great time at this VRBO. We were there for Turning Green Family Weekend. It was easy to get to base, we felt safe, place was clean, we could cook our own meals, and spread out for comfort.

Our family had a great time visiting our son who is stationed at Ft. Benning! This home was clean, comfortable, and convienient. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We will definately be back next time we are in town!

Nice short getaway.
This property worked out great to see my son who is stationed at Fort Benning. It was nice to have a house instead of a hotel to make everyone feel at home. The house is a newer build and was clean.

You can also hear the field training exercises being held around Sand Hill. Accommodations in the home are comfortable and the kitchen is very well appointed with new cookware and utensils. We were able to bring our food for Thanksgiving dinner with us and without improvisation prepare and cook dinner. We played a lot of ping pong in the garage which was a lot of fun. Not sure we will be back to Ft. Benning again in the near future but this property will be at the top of our list if we do go back.

It made things uncomfortable seeing as my adult daughters had no privacy. You need to correct the listing to be fair to patrons. Otherwise it is a nice house with a great view from the back patio

THE place to stay in Columbus
We had another great stay in Columbus - this time for Army Airborne graduation. The cleaning crew had missed our house but our property manager, Erika, was very responsive and we got it all sorted out quickly. The house is great - well maintained, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, plenty of seating in the dining/kitchen area, well stocked kitchen, comfortable living room with TV/cable, upstairs washer and dryer, 2 zone heat/AC, and a nice sitting/sleeping alcove in the second floor hall area. The garage has game tables - perfect for kids of all ages. Located 5 minutes from the Ft Benning main gate and convenient to literally everything. The neighborhood is lovely - on our last visit we stayed in the house 3 doors down which is owned by the same company. For the same price of a hotel room you get a much better experience staying in a clean and comfortable home. We’ll be back!

Definitely if I have to come back to Georgia, I will choose the same place. Very clean, the rooms were huge with private bathroom, and the washing machines, etc. I feel like I was in my own house. Lovely the house, the neighborhood very secure etc. Definitely I recommend it to anyone in need of a place.
