Appartamento molto funzionale, pulito e comodo, situato al primo piano. Siamo state una sola notte. La struttura si trova poco lontano dalla stazione dei treni e dei bus (circa 10/15 minuti a piedi). Siamo arrivate la sera tardi, ma il proprietario ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni e informazioni utili per poter accedere all'appartamento senza problemi. L'appartamento è centrale, vicinissimo alla zona con locali, ristorantini e negozi. Da qui è molto semplice e veloce raggiungere piazza Unità d'Italia, i luoghi di principale interesse da visitare. Staff molto cordiale e sempre a disposizione. L'appartamento è dotato di frigo, microonde, bollitore, stoviglie e biancheria per il bagno. Adatto anche alle famiglie. Davvero consigliato!

La struttura è su una via laterale di viale XX settembre, non trafficata ed è dotata di ottimi infissi che isolano bene le stanze dai rumori esterni (anche al primo piano).
L'angolo cucina è essenziale e non manca nulla, frigo, punti cottura, forno che integra microonde e tradizionale, stoviglie, sapone per piatti e strofinaccio.
Il divano letto per il terzo ospite non toglie spazio a tavolo e sedute.
La doccia ha dimensioni generose, e l'impianto eroga l'acqua calda velocemente.
Gradevole il guardaroba a giorno nel disimpegno.
Anche impegnandosi non trovo rilievi da fare.

L’appuntamento è carino e ricco di comfort: bollitore, macchina caffè e microonde oltre al piano cottura ad induzione, due condizionatori e un bagno con una doccia extra.
Le finestre purtroppo sono tutte interne al cortile del palazzo.

Bel appartamento, in zona centrale ma tranquilla.
Si presenta bene, è pulito, ha tanti comfort ed è spazioso, inoltre ha un buon set di stoviglie ed è quindi possibile usarlo come hub da cui poi esplorare la città, vivendo in tranquillità e privacy. Il gestore è molto gentile. Il caffè si può fare con l'apposita macchina e le capsule sono sempre disponibili alla reception.
L'appartamento è a una quindicina di minuti dalla stazione e da piazza Unità e Cavana, che generalmente ospitano la movida cittadina. La fermata del bus è praticamente sotto casa, le linee sono tante e portano un po' ovunque; alternativamente Goldoni è a pochi passi. Ben fornita anche di supermercati e altre comodità.
Decisamente una bella esperienza, ci tornerei.
Un po' difficile settare il condizionatore in modo che riscaldi la stanza.

Das Apartment liegt in einem interessanten Viertel mit guter Anbindung an Einkauf und Restaurants, ist aber ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Der Vermieter ist engagiert und hilfsbereit.
Uns hat nichts gefehlt.

Like the pictures - modern, stylish apartment. We were in Superior Apartment and I feel it's worth the extra money for the extra space. Very comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom and great shower. Strong WIFI.. Easy to get to from the station and within easy walking distant of central areas. Lots of bars, cafes, shops etc very near. Also near major bus stops that get you elsewhere. Massimo was very attentive and there to meet us, give us the keys and details on the city.
Small kitchen area and small hob which was not very easy to cook on if you needed to use both plates. Overall fine to prepare simple meals.
The main room is nice and bright but a bit bright in the evening when you may want more subtle atmosphere.

Der Gastgeber Massimo war sehr zuvorkommend, wir konnten das Gepäck und unsere E-Bikes nach dem Auschecken ohne weiteres noch im Gang stehen lassen. Sehr zentral gelegen, direkt an einer Ausgehmeile, trotzdem absolut ruhig !

Stefano, the manager, has been amazing in ensuring a smooth check-in, giving plenty of suggestions about must see tourist attractions and good restaurants, showing us the apartment and even helping us get some ice cubes from a nearby bar! The apartment is newly renovated, the air conditioning is working perfectly and he was so nice to let us find in the refrigerator a bottle of wine as a welcome present!!
Finding an off the street parking was quite easy in the area nearby the hospital (5 min walk) and there are public garages too.
The location is perfect for visiting the city, close to a pedestrian area full of restaurants and coffe shops, and with a 10 min walk you are at canal grande and piazza unita’ d’Italia.

It is renovated, very nice decoration. Location is perfect.
I like it very much. The room is a bit small for three people, but we survived:-) Keep in mind that there is no elevator.

Very good location, close to the inner city but still calm enough to sleep well. Stefano was very kind with preparing us a welcome info pack and flexible with the check-in.

Clean, kitchenette was well furnished, staff was friendly and flexible with the early check-in, good shower and bathroom, and the blinds allowed a nice long sleep. Air con worked great, too.

The location was excellent, and the air conditioning worked well and could heat the space perfectly. The host was friendly and the check-in was also smooth and easy.
A waterboiler would have been handy in the kitchen.

The communication was great, very friendly and helpful. They provided maps and plenty of free coffee and the room was all made up and clean for us with a refillable glass bottle of water in the fridge.
The only negatives were the fact that the lift wasn’t working when we visited and our apartment didn’t have any views, but that didn’t bother us too much. A second key would be useful for a family apartment.
