Am rezervat pe booking hotel 4 stele, și am primit camera in alta clădire 3 stele, atașam poze, pentru 4 stele au cerut extra încă 100€. La intrare Receptie/hotel 20 trepte cu bagajul in mâna, o mocheta murdara pe jos, o Receptie (tejghea) am plătit , au chemat pt transfer in alta clădire cu o mașina electrica foarte murdara, punând bagajul intr-o cutie cu scule, am ajuns la clădirea, unde era camera noastra, la intrare 3 stele😳, înăuntru totul vechi și miros de vechi. Ne-am întors imediat 200m pe jos la clădirea principala, am cerut anularea rezervări, surpriza !!! Se retin 90% din bani, consider ca nu este corect, de când am rezervat și pana la anulare nu au trec 40 min, nu aveau nici un motiv sa retina bani, pentru ca nu au calitate! Am Genius 3 nu am pățit așa ceva niciodată, mai ales in Germania! Am last cardurile, si am fugit de acest hotel !! Nu recomand la nimeni sa treacă prin aceasta experiența !!!

Lots of history at this place and very peaceful

(I have edited this review as I originally wrote about another property we stayed at.) This is a splendidly beautiful location in a massive park like setting which adjoins three castle/mansion properties overlooking the river. Our room was not in the castle building, rather in an annex building. They had done a wonderful job of turning this working building into modern lodging with a big comfy bed and bright windows looking out onto flower gardens. We arrived on a weekend of a substantial religious holiday for the area. Prior to our arrival the hotel texted to caution us that dinner times were fast booking and we should make a reservation. Unfortunately we were on the road and in fact dinner seatings sold out. Still the front desk reception woman took pity on us and reached to the restaurant on our behalf. By the time we settled into our room we had a call with a dinner time. The setting was simply gorgeous, the food wonderful and the wait staff was a true joy. After checking out the next morning we spent a few hours strolling the park property. The mansion next door was also part of the park and had a fun outdoor food service where we grabbed a cold beer and especially tasty bratwurst for lunch. The whole stay was simply enchanting.

Parking can be challenging. This park is open to the public and parking is along the roadsides within the park. You should anticipate food prices in the dining room to be in keeping with a castle environment.

Even not a coffee machine in the room. Too warm. It was not clear to me at which room/separated house I will be staying when I was booking.

Cut the grass and maintain the garden, no tea/coffee in the room, bathroom small, they should tell people to check in before unloading luggage, we dragged our luggage all the way to reception then back past our car to the annexe!

Fantastic Location, view of the River. Breakfast was great with a variety of options, Dinner was amazing. Highly recommended for a Castle Stay experience.

Annexe location away from the main hotel and not enough parking.

Ambience, adequate breakfast, large room and bathroom.

No coffee/tea making facilties. In replace there was a basket of fruit, which i enjoyed. But a simple kettle to boil water to make coffee/tea after a hard days of touring, it would complete this hotel even more. So hope the hotel take note of this.

EV charging station works the most complicated way possible. The personnel needs to manually start with PIN code and stop charging and you pay for the time, not for energy. Much better would be just authorize by card or just join some working charging network

The territory is astonishing, the view is breathtaking, the atmosphere is mysterious. Definitely a very unique place to be and if someone is planning some big event, this is the place for you

The stuff was nice and helpful but it would be nice to see a simile on their faces.. I didn't expect a lot from the rooms, but the pillows are awful! They are so old and dirty, and very uncomfortable! seriously it's not very expensive thing and the hotels must take care of such things and change the pillows, covers and mattresses. it's hygiene.. I was happy that I had my own pillow with me so I didn't have to sleep on those

Quiet place inside a large castle garden. Easy to find. Parking available. Superb views. Easy reach to the city center by bicycle.
