Our stay far exceeded our expectations. The host was very welcoming and helpful, all staff were amazing towards us and our children. Everyone super friendly and made us feel at home. Will definitely stay there again should we return to Knysna.

The second bed was a bit small for my 2 kids. No Aircon in the living room with the second bed made it a bit hot

One of the best rooms I have stayed in while going on the Garden Route. Very big with a nice comfy bed and big balcony. Bathroom huge again with all the amenities/toiletries needed. The host/manager (Maria) was nearby and ready to help with anything.

Very clean, delicious breakfast, very friendly host & staff, decently sized rooms, rooms have almost everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Value for money. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Armchairs in the pelican room need to be changed or fixed, legs not stable on both chairs, looked like they can break anytime. Everything else was perfect.

Not only is it a very nice and comfortable facility, the staff, Maria, Rose and Elizabeth make it even better. Their friendly disposition enhanced our stay. Not to mention the sumptuous breakfasts.

There honestly was nothing not to like.

The apartment was very neat. Rose has excellent customer services skilss. We had a peaceful night. Thumbs Up!!!

I can see a lot of thought went into the accommodation and comfort of their guests stay there. Load-shedding lamps, make-up mirror in the bathroom, vanity kits ect.

The staff is nice, you can use tools for making bari. The room is spacious and comfortable.

Parking a little annoying but not terrible

- To be honest the apartment were extremely clean and fully equipped - Maria and the other lady who’s responsible for cleaning were really nice.

- Before My arrival I asked them specifically if they have heating system and they said Yes! But when we arrived the apartment is very cold. They have only air conditioning in the main bedroom but non on the living room where the other 2 guests supposed to sleep !!!!! We couldn’t stand the cold and told them that we will stay only for one night but unfortunately they weren’t cooperative with us and had to involve booking customer’s service to solve the issue. And eventually paid the price of 2 nights and stayed only for one night - They promised that they will provide a heater then they said will not buy a heater only for one night!!!! and we spent the night freezing - They said that there is a garden view ! But what we could see was the wall of the parking area? - The sofa bed is uncomfortable - It looks a bit different than pictures - The parking area is narrow and was difficult to park our mini van - Maybe Suitable for couples and short stay but wouldn’t recommend it for families

Maria (our host) was extremely welcoming and helpful! The location is a short drive from the waterfront, and the property is very well maintained.
