-Fully equipped and very practical property. -Great location to move around Playa Blanca. -Easy check-in process.

-Some basic things were missing upon arrival (Hand soap, kitchen towels, etc..) -We have requested additional pillows the first night. When we came back from dinner, the pillows were left at the door under the rain, while we were informed that the reception had the keys to enter and put them inside. (Also, we called 3 times, each time we were told that the pillows will be there in 1 hour but never came) -The living room sofa is the most uncomfortable sofa on the planet. -We paid extra for late checkout (which I expected to be offered for free because of the wet pillow issue), after 10am, our parking access was removed, cleaning staff was already in the house, so we did not enjoy our (paid) late checkout in peace.

Great layout with good fixtures and fittings (Villa 15). Air-conditioning in all rooms. Master bedroom has oversized bed which is very comfortable. Very big tv. Good size pool. Spacious bathrooms.

Covid restrictions accepted, we were there 3 weeks and didn't get a linen or towel change. Could have just dropped them off and we would happily of changed the bed. However, the laundry room was well equipped so no worries I suppose.

Good size and furniture.

The pool wasn’t heated until the 4th day we were there because it wasn’t turned on and then it took ages to heat up. The 1st day we couldn’t even go in the pool because of how cold it was.

We were aware that the property is located on the road from the Rubicon Marina to Los Coloradas and in an area where building work is ongoing. We arrived on the Saturday 14th just prior to lockdown, thankfully we were able to buy food and prepare it in the villa and to use the pool/terrace area- The owners checked in on us and without prompting arranged for a refund of our unused days- We will definitely book the villa again -

Nothing

Some of the furniture, and tablecloth, were not clean. There wee scuff marks on some paintwork. No tea-towel was provided. This was a shame as it was a very nice comfortable villa.

Property easily accessible and fast check in , although it is done in the Hotel Mirador which is about 500mts away -so if there are several hotel customers checking out your check in process will take a bit longer. Property is in a quiet location but only few minutes away from the sea.

- Property is surrounded by under constructions estates. - Swimming pool is heated free of charge from 01.11 - 30.04 although i didn't recall seen this when i booked as i checked everywhere. - Master bedroom mattress and pillows very uncomfortable.
