Staff is nice and a great atmosphere

Very clean. Right in the historic district. Room had frescoed ceiling.

Wi fi didn"t work in our room. We were too far from router. Wi-fi worked well if I walked down the hallway. I advised of problem but they were unable to fix it. Difficult to reach hotel. A public bus is available from the train station to the historic district gates. From there, a 400 metre walk, very steep, on cobblestone streets to hotel. We were dripping in sweat after hauling our luggage up the steep streets. No taxis available to take you directly to hotel.

Access to the property within ZTL area but they can give you free access.

Breakfast was fine, not fancy but very adequate to get your day going.

Not the fault of the hotel, but GPS is not as effective as one would hope in getting to the address. Streets are confusing even to GPS. Thankfully there are kind people in town to help sort out some of the location issues.

Location is just perfect - next to the main street where all the g are happening and few minutes walk from National Etruscan Museum. We were treated exceptionally well and even were given a parking space.

A lovely b and b, with really friendly and helpful staff/owners. It's in a great location, and we were able to park at the place. Beautiful little town.

Nothing comes to mind. The owners went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

Simple and good. Great mattress, great location ( very difficult to find by car due to limited access to some inner city roads, so get really good directions from the hotel first)
