Great location, very close to the train station and buses. There are also lots of taxis around. And some restaurants. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast in the hotel was nice, and reasonably priced.

There were simple things that weren't included in the rooms. The hotel doesn't provide washcloths, only towels. Not all the rooms had a safe for our valuables, or a mini-fridge. Some rooms had two pillows per person, others had one per person. The rooms also don't have many outlets or ports for phone chargers.

El desayuno era muy completo desde embutido a bacon o fruta. Los zumo y café también buenos. La ubicación excelente ya que está a 5 minutos de la estación de buses y tren. Habitaciones limpias y personal amable.

El baño era completo pero muy pequeño para moverse dentro. Hay que pagar por dejar las maletas o entrar antes a la habitación. Se especifica en la reserva y te lo explican también al llegar, pero es más dinero a añadir a la reserva junto con la tasa turística.

Easy to find, easy checkin and helpful staff taking time to assist everyone even when really busy. The room we had was light and airy with a small fridge and coffee/tea making facility. It is s short walk to the train station and cafes.

All good. We had a room on the 8th but lower rooms on the street front might get abit of traffic noise.

It is very near the train station (about 8 minutes walking) that takes you to Venice. Staff very helpful and supportive. Breakfast was good (not amazing, but decent enough). Room was clean and bathroom was new and clean.

Heating would not go off at night so the room got too hot, dry, and uncomfortable, even with the window open. They came and put the air-conditioning on (which I could do myself), making the room cold and giving us sore throats. We just wanted it off but it was clearly defective. Their solution was to offer us another room, but that was not ideal for us, as we were working in Venice, coming back late and leaving early and we had a lot of stuff. From their reaction, it is clear that there are a few rooms with that problem: they know about it, so they should sort it out.

Stanza ai primi piani fronte strada molto rumorosa. Solo un po’ di sapone nel bagno di quelli attaccati al muro e mancanza totale di piccole cose per la propria igiene (es. di ciffianper la doccia). Pagamento di 5 euro per tenere il bagaglio.

Super lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Dobre śniadania, czyste i zadbane pokoje :) Miła i pomocna obsługa hotelu. Mimo, że hotel znajduje się blisko dworca kolejowego to w pokojach cicho i przyjemnie :)

Jednego dnia mieliśmy problem z kartą, która otwiera pokój i traciliśmy prąd w pokoju. W recepcji wymienili nam bez problemu na nową i nie było już problemu :)

La Ubicación es ideal para llegar a la terminal de tren y poder moverte a cualquier parte, la terminal de autobus que te lleva al aeropuerto esta muy cerca y opciones de cafeteria, restaurante, ubicación muy buena

La cama es bastante incomoda, muy dura y lo peor es que se escucha mucho ruido de carros que pasan frente a la habitación.

The hotel was located right next to the train and bus station, which is very convenient. The rooms were cleaned daily. The sound insulation was excellent, so the room was very quiet. The beds were very comfy as well.

The room was small and basic. The air-conditioning didn't function well. The temperature was set to 25.5 degrees, and we couldn't bring it down, so we had to sleep with the open window. It's quite a loud area, which was a pity, as the window insulation was brilliant, and the room was quiet with a closed window. We had a twin room, and the blankets were single-bed ones, which could be a perfect fit for a child but quite tight for an adult.

L'hotel era in una buona posizione vicino alla stazione ed era un breve viaggio verso Venezia. Il personale era cordiale e la camera aveva acqua, tè e biscotti gratuiti.

C'era un ciuffo di capelli di qualcun altro attaccato al muro della doccia che era molto antigienico. La colazione non valeva il prezzo che abbiamo pagato. Il letto non era molto comodo perchè troppo duro.

女前台服务很差。我们住的房子电视机突然自动打开，我们要求换房间，女前台歪着嘴蔑视我们，态度不好，男前台服务还可以。

Indubbiamente la comodità di essere a fianco della stazione è un punto di forza dell'hotel, da un passaggio sul retro si arriva direttamente sui binari. Colazione sempre abbondante, cappuccino con macchina automatica. le stanze sono tutte uguali non grandissime ma sufficienti per due persone. Dispone di un servizio bagagli a pagamento ma economico. Personale sempre disponibile.

La mancanza di un parcheggio proprio, è un lato negativo, secondo me. Nelle vicinanze c'è un parcheggio comunale ad 8€ al giorno (quindi molto economico per Mestre), chiuso la notte, ma sinceramente, è bastato un passaggio con la macchina per farci decidere di cercare altrove. Vicinissimo all'hotel c'è un parcheggio multipiano molto più costoso ma indubbiamente più sicuro.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed and good breakfast. We liked this hotel as it away from the crowds and only 5 minutes walk from the station. There are buses and the train to take you to Venice in 10 mins.

The hotel is good for 2-3 days, it was an affordable option during the carnival, but for my next longer stay, I'd choose another one, maybe in Venice, or a place that offers consumables and more breakfast options. Location was very convenient - just a 5 min walking from the Mestre train and bus station (which is 20-25 min from the Marco Polo airport on bus, 20 EUR one way and 18 for both) and 20 minutes by bus to Venice (1,5 EUR). This means the window from our room opened on the train station and you could hear the trains behind the closed windows (not too loud though). Bear in mind, this hotel is focused on ecological waste reduction, so it does not provide any consumables such as toothpaste/brushes, slippers, shower caps, nor does it have a fridge, kettle, water/tea/coffee or a mini bar. The only thing you will find is plastic cups in the bathroom. But you can buy all that you need on the reception floor, along with chargers, earphones, disposable raincoats, etc. Also, there is no safe in the room, no wardrobe, just an open rack with four hangers. The breakfast was sufficient: 2-3 options for sweets, fruit, bread, veggies, one type of cheese, only scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon, nothing extraordinary. Of course it is Italy, so the coffee is good and there is fresh squeezed juice. There were packaged mini snacks such as Nutella, honey, marmalade/ jam, yogurt and pudding. So you won't leave hungry but don't expect to be super impressed either.

The biggest disappointment was with the very stiff pillows. And super narrow covers. You should have lie down and not move otherwise the blanket is to narrow to cover an average body. That's not even considered a single size blanket. On the first morning we left our pj-s in the bed when we went for breakfast and did not hang the cleaning sign on the door. They cleaned the room anyway and also put our pj-s on the bed table all crumpled, it was so weird, could have just lay on the bed, no need to carelessly crumple them. Also, if you are trying to reduce waste, do not add a second pair of plastic cups if the first pair is unwrapped and unused. The noise insulation is not very good, you can hear the neighbors' noise, not sure if anything can be done to fix this.
