We had an excellent breakfast pack from them on our early morning excursion. Well presented and packed for us to eat as we got hungry on the boat trip. All were wrapped in eco-friendly packaging. 10/10
We were super happy with how they explained their commitment to being responsible towards nature and what they do to be actively involved. The info in the rooms was presented subtly, although not overwhelmingly. The free shopping bags and water bottles were a nice touch.

The hotel is conveniently located. The hotel and room was extremely clean, efficient, comfortable and quiet! The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great. It would be nice if breakfast began at 6:30 am rather than 7:00 am, as often boat tours pick-up is at 7:00 am. However, the hotel did pack us a box breakfast which was also good.

The rooms are spacious and spa-like. We loved the all day coffee and tea station, and free filtered water to refill our water bottles. Very comfortable beds, dark drapes, and delicious breakfast to suit your needs (we were given vegan options every morning upon request). Our family used Puerto Ayora as a jump off point for day excursions. We were always so happy to come home to Cucuve.

super clean, modern, comfortable, great location, and front desk woman was extremely helpful and answered lots of questions. bonus points for access to the waterfront terrace where you can either BYOB or order from the restaurant adjacent.
breakfast and access to snacks was nice as well as the cold tea in the lobby. overall a recommended stay
no outdoor space directly at the property unless you walk a few blocks to the terrace, but that’s a minor detail. breakfast hours could be longer and checkout was 9am which is pretty early as well but they let me have late checkout which was nice. I also couldn’t find the water refill until the last day when I asked the front desk about it. it was hidden in a corner upstairs in the dining room.

We thought the lack of a pool would affect our appreciation for this hotel but we didn’t miss it. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable, the place is immaculate. They also have a new rooftop area with amazing views. Everything here was perfect.
The lock on our bathroom door did not work and before we could change outfits to get to our tour, the personnel replaced the door handle and got it fixed.

Our room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also large and the shower was great. Breakfast was delicious and varied every day. I can’t say enough good things about the staff: they were all very helpful. Special thanks to Ana who helped us work through some transportation issues when my wife was not able to travel by ferry to the other islands.

Everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of room. The staff was wonderful. They went above and beyond at every turn. I chose this hotel because their score was so high. After staying there I can’t figure out why it wasn’t perfect!! Everyone there would bens over backwards for their guests.

Ana and all staff were extremely attentive and friendly, they helped us to make our trip to Galapagos absolutely fantastic. If one plans to visit Galapagos and a room in this hotel is available, one should immediately book it and don’t even look at other hotels :)

Clean detail-oriented well-kept room and public area, including welcome lemon-water and delicious breakfast. Staff is super friendly, informative, and courteous; made us to-go breakfast on the last day when we left early in the morning.
Laundry shop (wash, dry, & folds, $1/Kg) in front of the hotel was a big bonus for our 11-day trip.

The staff is always there for you to help you for transport or tours
If you have a tour they will give you a breakfast to go which is very thoughtful
