Great atmosphere, Italia at its best! Great food at the restaurant.

There is an artificial grass soccer field and a basketball court we liked, both are excellent quality, and whenever we went there was always place for us to play👍👍👍We stayed in a mobile home for a week ,it was quite new, clean, air conditioner refrigerator etc...,so it's 5/5👍👍👍
I read a lots of negative opinions before our travel about the 'beach' , but it was quite a shock when I saw in real....Never I have seen such an 'unfit to swim' beach, just seagrass and shrimps and water up to ankle high😥It was a huge disappointment for my family and as I saw for other people too.Luckily we had bicycles so we rolled to Grado every day ,at the far end of it there was a real beach that saved our holiday ,it is free ,huge thx for it🥰🥰

The onsite pizzeria was quite nice although with no heating it was very cold at times. The park was clean and spacious.
The beach was really nice with super shallow water ideal for young kids to paddle in.
The general area was good and we would consider coming back, just not to this site .
We booked here as it said the pools would be open and heated, however they were freezing cold and very dirty like they hadn't been cleaned.
Our bungalow had reasonable sized bedrooms and bathroom but there was basically no lounge so you had to sit in the tiny kitchen area.
The shower was terrible, you had to run the water for at least 20 minutes to get Luke warm water through, the staff said it was because they only had one boiler for the whole site and there was nothing they could do.
Some services were shut due to being early in the season.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful upon arrival. The bungalow was very clean and there was a feeling of being safe and secure, with valuables safe included. There was a well stocked supermarket and the restaurant gave exceptional value for money with take away facility. The beach was clean as was the sea. The roads were reasonably well maintained and well swept. Although we didn't use the swimming pools they looked very clean. Altogether very good value for money.
We went there by plane to a local airport and bus to the camp. Then we used buses which were very irregular for local trips into town. A very good location if you went there by car.

Friendly staff.

The bungalows are extremely worn out and the smell just sticks to your clothing. Not a very pleasant stay. Also, I imagine that in the summer months you may be able to get by with just a sheet, but in spring it would be nice to have a blanket... The overall vibe of the place is OK, but work need to be done to make it worth the money. Bungalows definitely need some proper maintenance and cleanliness needs to improve. Also the beach is virtually non existing during low tide - the sea recedes too much and the beach consists of a sludge like substance... I guess, they may need to do some sludge removal there to bring it back home where it belongs.

The location was bad. We thought it was close to town but we could not go by foot or by bicycle because it was dangerous.
Our mobile home was very dirty. full of dust and spiders. The service was awful. The employees at the Bar did not talk any German or English. They did not have any clean glasses and they served drinks in plastic glasses.I I argued with an employee because I ordered a glass of wine and he could not understand what I ordered. He poured wine without ice in a plastic glass and when I told him I want a glass he got angry and threw the plastic glass to the the trash and gave a glass water instead. There was a mini golf at the premises for the children and they only had 3 sticks for a whole camping. Unbelievable!! My daughter wanted to play and we got a stick only twice in our 12 days stay!!. A couple next to us went to the Pizzeria and they waited for 1 Pizza 1,5 to eat. Unacceptable. There were 5 Tables for Ping-Pong but there were no net in the middle to play. Just the tables. How funny right? Last year we went to Sabbiadoro and they gave us towels. If you wanted a second pair then you should have to pay. In Punta Spin we should pay for the first pair of towels. How cheap!! And the most important the Wi-fi was AWFUL!! I asked if we get a password for the wifi and he told me NO, our wifi has only access outside the Bar and not in our mobile home!! Unbelievable no Wifi because the camping was outside of the town and they had only 1 modem!! It had access only where the Reception was. Through out the camping area there were no Trash cans. They only had trash outside the Reception. We had to walk from our home to the Reception with the trash bag. They should have at least 1 next to your mobile home. Not only at the Reception. It is not nice to walk with the trash around the camping. Fortunately our mobile home was not far but for other people it was.The camping was quite big.

Dinner at the restaurant was surprisingly good. In contrast to all the rest, it was well served and tasty.
It was okay to get there with a dog. Some facility for pets onside, but pets not allowed on the beach (I had to go to a separate dog beach a little bit further).
The house was dirty, with some spider webs here and there. Kitchen closets and some other items were broken.
There was no WIFI in house, although written in the description.
Breakfast was a joke, one type of cheese and two types of sliced meat, that was all. No vegetables at all, not even a tomatoe in the country where they grow best.
The private beach was there, but you had to go 500m into the sea to be able to swim. At the coast there were plenty of crabs and children were afraid to go into water.
