We did not have breakfast at the hotel.
I really like this hotel. Staff was friendly. Room was comfortable (minus the beds). They were really hard and difficult to sleep on. Grounds were beautiful. The only thing I wish was different was there was major remodeling going on and a lot of the facilities were not accessible. For instance, the big pool was drained due to construction. That would have been wonderful to try. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

misleading advertising, charge my kids like adults….package came with breakfast included with the booking not respected …not to mention night hostess very rude and unfriendly….let’s not forget I was giving a room next to a construction room , 7am noise everywhere …leave a day earlier still got charge … my kids loves the pool reason we end up staying

Even though the hotel has its decades, it is still an impressive building. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast offers many fresh dishes.
The only detail/thing I can think of that can be improved is that the hotel is a bit old so that means you need to leave the phone charging far away from the bed, as it was built before smartphones existed and it was not renovated. Otherwise, everything was good.

first night they give me a room that the water for take a shower didn’t work , I have to get up at 5 am to take a shower and was cool water, I was no very happy about it and the bathroom floor look no clean the bed covers give me and my kid a bad rash ! that was unplaced!
lots of the people work there do not have a personality they work like they aren’t happy with the job they got !
I am very friendly and polite but in here they make you feel lilt in comfortable!! the breakfast was no very good
the coffee was 😀 good ! that I like it ! the inside of the restaurant have to many flys that don’t let you eat in peace , I have to take my dinner to the room
some one paint all the alls in the hotel but look that was a very poor job the got paint all aver the tile and make the hotel look cheap! the bathroom shower the sliders are very old and look very unclean !!
I would like stay here again but I wish they put some attention of this detail’s that you very much

The Buffett and my room the outlets are old my room didn’t have the right outlet to charged my cellphone I went to the lobby and they made me buy a replacement for my charger in order to have my phone working.

The most I like was the pool however it was a bit cold. the room is big and the bed comfortable.
Look out with the pigeons in the pool area. They can easy eat your lunch.
