The appartment was clean and in a very good shape. The kitchen is functional and well equipped Great view

About 10 minutes walk from the center of town with a bit of a climb on the way back. There's a shuttle service but sometimes it takes time until it comes Also, it was hard for us to find the place at he firt time. It would have helped if there was a google map link as somple search did not get us to the right place.

The location of the Hotel is wonderful, ski in and out is a big plus. The apartments are clean, modern, great views and well set up with all the dishes you need and even cleaning products. Bread delivery on demand, fresh every morning is wonderful too. The service is very nice and ALL employees are great, smiling and wants to make you happy! The 2 guys at the ski shop are knowledgeable and the nicest people!

The check in is a little difficult, it was our second time at the hotel and like last year only one person was at the counter for check in time (4:30pm) which Saturday is their busiest day... they need 2 people to be more efficient for them and faster for the clients. Also, same comments as last year....Why is the pool water COLD? it need to be warmer specially after being outdoor all day in the cold, this is not relaxing.
