While Mariella, one of the staff was absolutely fantastic, there was another man who was part of the staff who seemed to go out of his way to be unfriendly and unhelpful. Mariella was great, she was friendly and outgoing and always wanted to help, the other guy however, literally snorted at me when I asked a question, told us we would not be able to get any boat to do a tour (we walked outside and got one on the strip) and then angrily told us that the only available taxi would be at 1030am on the day we were leaving, and to take it or leave it (found one online in minutes that left when we wanted it to) To the owner of this hotel, I strongly recommend getting rid of this guy, I spoke to other guests and they had trouble with him to. His rude attitude and unhelpful nature is bringing down the quality of your hotel. Everything else was great

Definitely one of the best place to spend your holiday, super comfy bed and really clean accommodation. Loved it! The rooftop area and the staff members are absolutely a 10+!

Great location - easy walking distance to the beach but out of the hustle and bustle so quiet at night. Excellent breakfast, very clean and comfortable rooms, nice rooftop area. The staff were also very friendly and helpful!

The shower pressure wasn’t very strong but this may be normal for the beach location.

The very pleasant welcome. The breakfast was lovely and service.

The bed was not very comfortable. There was a smell coming from the bathroom in room 104 think it was the drains.

The check in was super easy, the staff on the desk was extremely helpful. Made us feel very welcome on arrival. Room was clean, and had a nice balcony. Breakfast was also decent.

The only thing that was a small bother was that the water pressure from the shower was very weak. The temperature could not regulate properly so it was intermittently cold and then hot whilst showering.

The room, simple and quiet, was either new or recently renovated with a clean and spacious bathroom. One of the things I pay lots of attention to is breakfast: variety was good and quality was excellent. I also liked the fact that they offer a valet parking service for EUR 8/night.

We were on the ground floor and I was a bit self conscious about opening the windows, somebody could peek inside while walking past although the road we were facing was extremely quiet.

The staff are excellent. A big thank you to Marilena and Vincenzo, who were very friendly and helpful in many aspects of our stay. Hotel is excellent, a new property very clean and everything functional. Good location, quiet away from the lungomare area, but easily walkable to the beach. Our only complaint may be the firmness of the beds, this seems to be typical however of Italian bedding.

Hotel staff was helpful and welcoming. Not on the beach but an easy walk. Ordered our umbrella for us and had towels for beach use. Very clean, good breakfast on the outside deck. Would stay there again.

Advertised a pool— not a pool but a spa pool- very small but lovely view. Not a big negative. Was to cool to use it in late September.
