This apartment was comfy and convenient for walking . Lots of shops near by. Clean and spacious for group of 4 . Host was excellent in communication and made sure everything was great during the stay . Would stay here again absolutely! As a second visit to Hanoi I would recommend this location and stay .

호스트는 호의적이며 친절하고 응답이 빠릅니다. 위치가 훌륭하며 도로에서 직접 엑세스 가능하여 찾기가 썩 어렵지 않습니다. 호스텔 혹은 에어비앤비에 가까운 형태의 숙소이며 식기와 다양한 주방 기구까지 갖춰져 있습니다. 조리 가능한 시설이 있습니다.
겨울인데도 난방기가 구비되어있지 않습니다. 그래서 실내인데도 항시 여벌의 옷을 입고 있어야 합니다. 총 3층으로 이루어져 있는 듯하나 3층까지 가보지도 못했습니다. 계단이 유리로 되어 있고 폭이 좁으며 각 단의 거리가 멉니다. 계단 위의 천정이 낮아서 몸을 굽힌 채로 좁고 짧은 유리 계단을 오르락 내리락 해야 합니다. 한 번이라도 미끄러졌다간 중상을 입을 것이 분명합니다. 안전을 고려하지 않고 단지 외관을 위해 유리 계단을 만들었다는 사실이 굉장히 충격적입니다. 위험하고 불합리한 숙소입니다. 호스트는 영어를 꽤 이해하는 듯 하지만 구사 자체는 기대 미만입니다. '아웅아 뗌 뻼' 이라는 말을 반복하는데 하고자 하던 말이 '만일 오후 10시 이후에 숙소로 복귀할 예정인 경우에는 메인게이트 열쇠를 챙겨가라' 라는 뜻이었습니다. 그리고 총 금액에 포함되어 있지 않은 숨겨진 비용인 청소비가 있으며 숙소비를 포함하여 전액 현금 결제만을 받습니다.

We liked everything about this property, The interiors were very beautiful and compact place. Its close to most of the required shops, amenities, Public transport. Its on the road so easy to locate. It was highly hospitable.
The stairs were a little narrow to climb to the 1st and 2nd floor and drying clothes was a little challenging. But very very good for young people and group of friends.

This house was gorgeous! Very unusual and unlike anywhere we had stayed before. Comfortably slept 6 people across 3 floors. Location is ideal but is placed off the street so it's quiet and easy to sleep. A great spot!

Beautiful place with all the necessities not far from the old town but still far enough to escape all the noise. The owner was really helpful and even tried to help us when my friend lost her credit card. We felt very comfortable there, would definitely stay again.

I like the location as we can just walk to the nearby places, especially when we want to find food. The house was nice and it has
3 beds. 1 queen bed on the ground floor , 1st floor & 2nd floor. There are 2 washrooms, 1 on a ground floor & 2nd floor
The washroom condition is not so good due to the sewerage problems.
I hope the host can do something about this.
The stairs are tempered glass and steep .
The handrails are also not suitable for the stairs. This is for safety reasons. Not suitable for children & elderly to stay.
I hope the host can do something about the staircase to avoid accidents.

Great location! Friendly people around. Close distance to the center and services nearby.
Too soft beds. Self-cleaning daily.

This place was not appropriate for small children and was not very clean. The Air Conditioning was terrible and didnt cool the place at all.

Lovely place in a small street, quite and comfortable. Easy to reach by foot from the lake.
The host booked the airport transfer for us at a good price.
Organisation with the host sometimes a bit complicated (everything had to be done by messages and sometimes the answers were slow to arrive).
The total price wasn't clear on booking (cleaning not included but it didn't shows it on the total price).
