Darin made the check in and check out process quick and easy. The location of this property is just a 5 min walk from the beach, popular restaurants on the main road and Dewey Beer co. Will be staying here again!

Darin was an excellent communicator and the property was spacious and very nicely appointed. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could imagine you would need; it's like being at home. Plenty of bathroom space as well, ideal when traveling with friends or family. The location is perfect and I enjoyed morning runs on the beach which was a few minutes away on foot. Parking is provided and right in front of the door! I highly recommend this property.

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend and it was an amazing time. Great house for our family of 4 and was clean and stocked for everything we needed. The location is perfect to walk right onto the main strip of restaurants, bars and the beach. Dewey Beach Brewery is two blocks away right next to the beach so it was our daily spot to hit up right after the beach. Bring bikes down because we just parked the car for the weekend and just rode bikes into Rehoboth and all over the place. The owner is super responsive and gave a ton of great tips right before the trip.

Beautiful townhome in perfect condition (there’s even interesting art on the walls!). Comfortable furniture. Best equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental. Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys included, as well as a beach cart. Even beach cruiser bikes.
Location is a bit of a walk to the beach but has a lot going for it: very close to several restaurants, coffee shops and a convenience store. There is even a playground nearby that our 16-month old grandson enjoyed. The surrounding streets are quiet, with little traffic, and lend themselves to nice morning runs or after dinner walks. The beach is clean, not crowded and life-guarded during the summer days.
Darin is a terrific host, responsive and helpful.
We would definitely return.

Very good rental with really everything you would need for a short or long stay. The location is perfect. It was a short walk to the beach and a block or so from the Dewey restaurants. The home was clean and comfortable. Darin was a great host.

Great rental! Parking and check in were easy, and the property was very clean at check in. It's a short walk to the beach, Jolly Trolley stop, or restaurants and shops. I appreciated how the property is stocked, especially the cleaning supplies and soap, as well as the beach wagon, umbrellas, and little cooler, even the step stool so the children could reach the sink. The first floor is very roomy and great for a group of people. The master bedroom has beautiful skylight windows, so there's lots of a natural sunlight. The other 2 queen bedrooms worked well for our group! Communication with the property owner was quick and easy. Very enjoyable stay!

This was our second stay at Darin's, and did not disappoint. Perfect getaway for the family. Darin is the perfect host and thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable. Looking forward to returning next summer.

The communication was exceptional. We were very happy with the clean space--especially the kitchen! The beach equipment has also in great condition! We found the condo complex to be quiet and peaceful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at Darin’s place. Be aware that you need to provide your own linens - we were not used to this so it caught us off guard, but Darin was able to provide rental options as well if needed. The location is perfect!! ~10 min walk to the beach and main road for bars and restaurants. The house was very beautiful and spacious, and we absolutely loved the outdoor shower and back deck. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Our host was awesome from beginning to end! The unit is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed for a week away. The backyard is gorgeous and the outdoor shower was so nice!! The very best thing about the whole experience was how nice our host was and how he made us feel at home. This property is perfect. Darin has thought of everything to make this feel like home away from home. Loved being able to walk to both the bay and the beach. We spent our nights exploring Rehoboth and Dewey . Highly recommend this property.

Nicely decorated, kitchen looked new, supplies provided were more than any other rental I’ve had…items such as TP, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, etc were all provided. Beach gear also plentiful… many chairs and 2 beach umbrellas. Would definitely stay again!

Great condo at the beach
We just got back from Dewey Beach. The condo worked very well for our family. Condo was very clean and extremely well stocked. Darin was very prompt in responding to us. Definitely would recommend.

Great beach getaway in a clean property.
My family and I had a great time staying at the property. It was easy to find and had all of the accommodations we were looking for and then some. There was even a beach cart for us to use which made our trips to the sand much easier. The location was good as it was close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach of course. Would definitely consider staying here again. The owner was very responsive, nice, and accommodating as well. Thanks again for hosting us!

Well stocked, modern and bright home for our beach vacation. Great location close to the bay, beach and lots of places to eat. It was great that it came with Beach chairs, bikes and beach cart. Darin is a great host and answered all my questions prior to checking in.

Wonderful property at the beach
We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean, well-organized, and beautifully decorated. It was the perfect size for a family of 4. The beach was a short walk away and it was a great place to look for shells and relax. Darin was wonderful and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Wonderful townhouse in Dewey!
We really enjoyed our 4-night stay at Darin’s lovely, well-equipped townhouse. Comfortable beds, relaxing spaces indoors and out, excellent array of beach equipment—and just a few blocks to the beach! The host was very helpful and communicated often with us during our stay. His great attention to detail shows throughout. Wonderful rental!

Awesome as always
Second stay at Darin’s place and exactly what we expected. Convenient, well stocked, great location. This is the most comfortable beach house I’ve ever stayed at and with the restaurants and beach in Dewey it can’t be beat. We’ll be back!

Great location for weekend away!
Darin’s property was great for our long weekend in Dewey. The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. The bikes, beach chairs and beach cart made our beach trips very easy.
The location itself is great. Very quiet community only 2 blocks away from route 1 and only 3 blocks from the beach.
Darin also was an excellent host and provided recommendations in Dewey. He also accommodated an early check in for our group. We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.
